Purchased car @ Bertera four months ago. Salesman, management and service never followed up after SEVERAL attempts to fix problems w/vehicle. Had to spend $3500 at an independent service center to fix oil leaks and other problems that Bertera should have honored!I just bought this vehicle four months ago!!

Right when I walked in I was greeted and attended to. Then I was introduced to Carlos Torres my sales rep. Carlos showed great respect and listened to what I needed and what I couldn’t afford. Carlos wasn’t pushy to just make a sale.I walked out with a Beautiful truck beyond what I thought I would get and was a fast process!Overall I was beyond happy with my experience at Bertera Jeep! And Carlos again Thank you for your professionalism and for the follow up call to insure all was well and that I was happy.

So, I have to admit: I never heard good things about Bertera, and my wife did not want to buy from them. BUT they had a specific vehicle we wanted, so we rolled the dice and went in. Our sales person, Ben, was patient and phenomenal. After promising ourselves we wouldn't buy anything today, he and his team bent over backwards and found us the vehicle we wanted in New York and gave us a great deal. Unbelievable experience, and even the finance guy wasn't pushy. They completely turned around our thoughts about Bertera. Highly recommend.

Carlos & his supervisor tried to take advantage of my nephew. Tried to sell him a car that costs more than he makes in a year. Then, the supervisor attempted to belittle him by suggesting he wasn't man enough to make his own decisions. Not cool.

My experience was exceptional. Hands down!! My rep was Carlos Torres. From beginning to end, he made me feel comfortable and was straight forward with me. I’m definitely pleased with the results. Absolutely horrible. Thee we whole sale process was horrible. First of all, they wouldn’t honor the price they had listed and them tried throwing other charges on without even asking if you wanted them done. When I went and looked elsewhere and found a lower price they then lowered the price a little. I met with the finance guy to do a down payment and sign thee we sales paperwork. I was told that I would be waiting to pick up the car because they have to wait until they have a runner. When a customer makes a big purchase you usually do what you can to make things work. Chris the finance manager was so rude and inconsiderate. He told me he was about to call off the sale and tried putting words in my mouth. When I called the guy I spoke with Aubrey in finance he told me he would send the bill of sale first thing in the morning to the bank but when I spoke to my bank they never sent it so I had to send a picture of what I had. Called to get an update and never got a returned phone call. Overall, a horrible experience and be careful going here.

scheduled a diagnostic appointment for 815 am on may 30th 10 days ahead dropped off vehicle morning before scheduled app and stopped in next day around 11am and was told vehicle would be brought in shop after lunch. I ask you what is the point of an appointment if the time scheduled is not honored then i was given the choice of sucking it up and waiting until they can get to it or leaving . the apologies i received from service manager were hollow at best and without sincerity no offers of a perk for inconvenience ie a free oil change/tire rotation not even a free car wash voucher . If your serious about car service don't go anywhere near this dealer they truly don't have your best interests in mind. The service manager would not agree to service my vehicle after learning that i was going to leave an negative comment on their site I say if you mess up on scheduling you should have enough integrity to own the mistake and to do all you can for your customer because without the customer their is no business . REMEMBER YOU THE PUBLIC WERE WARNED DONT DO BUSINESS WITH BERTERA YOU WILL REGRET IT

I worked with John Lewis, Chris and Igor at the dealership. John was communicative and offered me a fair price. In addition, I felt among all the dealerships I spoke with he was the ONLY person who listened to me and found the vehicle of my dreams. Chris was super personable, friendly and efficient. Igor was a perfect gentleman and has the patience of a saint. He reviewed all the details in my vehicle and reviewed every option. Each one was professional, and valued my time. They all worked so hard when taking delivery of my vehicle. I had an excellent and pleasant experience with Bertera of West Springfield, and I would not hesitate to go back. I am so happy with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I look forward to driving it! I also referred my husband there for his upcoming lease expiration. Thank you all so much!

I had such a good experience with Bertera West Springfield! They found a car that matched all my needs within my price range. My sales person Carlos was also super attentive to what I was looking for, went out of his way to contact me on his day off over a minor issue and made the process pretty painless, I definitely will be recommending him to my family.
