The staff is very helpful and nice, with one manager staying late to smoothly handle a big return. Customers find great prices and call it one of their favorite stores. However, the store can be pretty messy and not really organized. Inventory tracking is an issue, as online listings do not always match what is in the store, which is frustrating. Despite this, many find the store fun and plan to keep shopping there.

The manager at the West Springfield store is so helpful. I needed to make a return of a big item. He stayed late past the end of his shift to help me and made the process smooth and painless. I highly recommend shopping here!

Great prices on their items. The staff were nice. The store was pretty messy and not really organized. Either way I will still shop there.
