The reason for getting rid of the hand baskets makes perfect sense. I look forward to the smaller carriages being available, have yet to see any, just the large ones.

Another Big Y without self service check outs ... DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!!! When I asked a manager, she said, "the company has not installed them yet." 219 million people have died over the past 1.5 years, and Big Y still can't be bother to be part of the solution. Disgraceful.
