Very poor customer service from Guy Montone. I booked a car, finished paperwork and they decide to give it to someone else. Avoid this dealership.

I called the service department 2 different times to get my truck in there for brake serv ice and they told me everyone is busy or with a customer and they will get back to me.
Well they never got back to me so after waiting for 2 days I called Burke Chevy in Northampton and they got me in there ASAP!
Disappointment!

Everybody at Central Chevrolet was so helpful and kind. My car was hit from behind and took it there for an assessment. Everybody kept me up-to-date and the service was fast and efficient. Definitely recommend central Chevrolet.

I tried to give this dealer some business, but their lead-gen/email system seems broken. Chat link on their emails doesn't work. Replies to their 'we got your enquiry' emails go unanswered or into a black hole. Emails to their 2 Sales Managers went ignored. Either their inbound email system is broken or they don't need business.
Eventually Carl called me, and once I said I'd found a car elsewhere, didn't want the above feedback, was more interested in getting to his next call than realizing you're losing leads over and over.

Always a good experience here! In and out quickly for a service recall on my 2024 Chevy Trax. Notable during my visit was a nice gentleman who guided me to pull further into the bay to allow other cars behind me. He also opened the door and welcomed me warmly/professionally into the service area. I think he was also the shuttle driver as I saw him drive off moments later. What a nice touch as I've never had that kind of welcome for "service" during my visit in a dealership! Keep it up. I also want to give a shout out to Brian who may be the Manager, not sure. He is always so pleasant and friendly - a real asset to your team. He invited me to sit in the waiting room, but it was crowded. It was such a lovely day I opted to sit outdoors. He went the extra mile and brought one of the high chairs outside for me to use. Kudos and top notch all the way around!!

My appointment was for 10:00 for oil change.
Which at same time I wanted a new battery . At 1:03pm I went up front and the cashier ask me so I told her who I am And why. She checked
And the service guy was gone to lunch the guy working on my car same went to lunch. Ok I am thinking first it was enough of time allowed from 10:00AM TO LUNCH . If not I should of been notified as to delay
Lost a day just for being a loyal customer.
I will rethink that next time. Since my warrant is out and it be closer to where I live
But I guess that is what you pay for being loyal customer. “ BIG C” near BIG E doesn’ t notice loyalty
