Children's Clothing in West Springfield, MA

“Me and my mom came here to buy my sister's kid a pair of sweat pants. It is a gift for Christmas. This place is a clothing store for little kids. They sell t shirts, jeans, sweaters, sweat pants, winter clothing for both girls and boys. They have all kind of different sizes to choose from for both little girls and little boys. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They also have curbside pick up and online orders inside the store. The staff and employees are nice and friendly. The floors are clean. Also this place is inside the river Dale road shops. In west springfield Massachusetts.”

“I currently travel almost 2 hours away to buy/sell from this location (initially found this location about 8 years ago when I was just living 30 minutes away) so I have experienced this store expand itself under the same roof which I am happy for them that they have done so.

I feel this review needs to be made since two other locations opened in Seekonk and North Attleboro and despite these two stores being newly opened, they have A TON OF WORK TO DO as I had a horrible experience at both.

What stands out to me about Springfield OUAC is I get greeted when I walk in the door. The staff genuinely wants to help you find what you need in the store, help you with pricing if a tag is missing, and inventory is huge but I would work on the shoes meaning many of them are more worn than “gently used”. They have two bathrooms to accommodate families and do NOT make you feel uncomfortable about bringing your child(ren) with you shopping.

Selling to this location has never been an issue for me and I have never had a bad experience with payout, items they took, pricing, staff assisting with scanning the QR code and communicating when it will be ready, etc. They have always taken majority of my items and paid well for them which makes it hard sometimes to choose between store credit or cash payout (this is a good thing) because of the items I end up finding shopping while waiting for them to finish sorting through what I bought in. The wait for selling items ranged between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the day but it’s better than the Seekonk (45 minutes from me) and North Attleboro (30 minutes from me) location where it’s between 48 hours and 5 days to get your items sorted through and a payout, not to mention the customer service is horrible and the environment feels hostile as if the employees dread seeing a customer walk in the store.

I have referred other mom friends to this location and even brought them with me to go shopping and this location will continue to get my business. I will never forget a time I was not sure if I wanted to purchase this double stroller and continuing with my current items before reaching my car and changing my mind 5 minutes before they closed and they still let me come back in to purchase the double stroller and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them or “we’re closed” attitude and was happy to help me.

The drive is worth the customer service, inventory, and selling to them so long as you follow what they are looking for.”
