Rick is awesome - I somehow deflated my tire while filling air and the machine stopped responding. Rick helped me refill even though it was 2 hours before their opening time. Saved my day literally and I could go to work on time. Also they did an awesome job ordering and installing my new tires a few months ago. All stars all around.

Claimed tires couldn’t fit. Other shop I went to down the street is installing the same tires as we speak without issue. Costco tried to sell me the tire that “accurately fits from the manufacturer” which conveniently was $600 more. They even “attempted to put them on” and failed. Yet the shop down the street is almost done. Costco customer service also denied honoring the same price for their “correct size” tire. Waste of an afternoon and a 30 minute customer service phone call… if it’s not the garbage recommended tire you want to put on your car then don’t go here.

Wayne went above and beyond to help me! I’m MA for college graduation and on my way here from MD I ended up with a screw in my tire in NY. I was able to use fix a flat to get to my hotel but needed to take care of it before headed back home. Although Costco could not replace the tire for me, Wayne gave me great advice which resulted in my being able to get the tire replaced quickly. I truly appreciate his kindness and advice!

Had a nail in my back tire see review for townfair tire. Bought 2 tires on line made appointment at Costco. Got there the tec kirk told me that the front tires I had bought 2 yrs ago from Firestone didn't match the back tires .I had to buy 2 more tires. The guy at the desks name was Carlos. Between kirk and Carlos they ordered my tires and got me in at 11.30 the next day. To change 4 tires only took an hour. I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere else. I hope these 2 employees get recognized for their great customer service

Brought vehicle in for warranty repair of bad stem valve. After job completion supervisor said they were out of the tire sensors for my vehicle but would call when they got them in so as to complete the job. In the meantime had to drive around with the sensor light on.After not hearing called to inquire about if the sensors had come in. Was then told that they did not have the sensors in, could not get the sensors in and would not be completing the work. The only reason I renewed my Costco membership was to be able to have them perform the warranty repair. Pretty much a bait and switch situation.

Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Ordered my tires and scheduled an appointment from Costco on line. Tires were installed in approximately forty minutes. Very easy, very nice experience.

Excellent, efficient job today. On my last rotation, they found a bent rim. I bought another one and made an appointment to have it swapped. Great job!

Very seasoned technicians that been doing this work for a long time. Best tire prices if you are looking for Michelin or Bridgestone. 5 year warranty. Balance and rotation for life of tires. Book an appointment these guys can get extremely busy.

The workers were super nice and helpful when the air pump wouldn’t inflate one of my tires. Wouldn’t have gotten back on the road without their help!

Purchased 4 Michelin defender tires for my truck. The install took about an hour as expected. I had one of my wheel sensors rusted and was damaged on removal. They did not have a sensor needed in stock and had to order it. I went back in two weeks and had the sensor installed

They realy have a problem calling back when rhe car is done, second time changing the tires and they did forget again left the car 10 AM caled around 5:30 couse nobody called me...
