I went in to pick up a prescription at the Elm St CVS and waited approximately 10 minutes to get the to the pick up counter. Of course the prescription was not ready. The worker said it would be 15 minutes, so I left the line to shop. Then a minute later, received a text that the script was ready. When I went back there was a long line, I went to the front of the line. Then was told if script wasn't ready when you checked in the first time you have to wait in line again? If that is the case they need more than one incompetent women at the pick up counter. The script should have been ready the first time in line, but since it wasn't why should the customer on a time constraint have to wait again? The Elm St store needs to improve customer service. Very poor and slow service. Because of the poor service I will no longer be using CVS.

Too many programmed phone calls to patients with conflicting information, no way to clarify the messages as no one answers the phone when you are put on hold. Then when you appear you find out the script still isn't ready for pickup. Three times for one script.
