Wow! I went on to purchase a gift card and the self checkout was not working. I had an associate after trying several times to work the self checkout finally come to “help”. Heather wanted no parts of being there. She said it should work, you are doing something wrong. I asked if she should try and she said no that’s why it’s self checkout. I tried it again and it didn’t work. I was going to attempt to scan one more time and she aggressively snatched the gift card out of my hand and took it to the register. Come to find out she could do it either, the gift card was not good. I went to get another and went back to the register and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I then went to self check out again and finished my transaction. I’ve been in retail 20 years and I have never seen this kind of customer service. There was a firefighter in uniform and he was getting treated the same way and guess what, he was Hispanic as well. Not sure if it’s a racial thing or not but she needs to learn how to treat her customers. I know good help is tough to find these days but WTH is was unacceptable.

It’s so disgusting to get something in the freezer. It’s look like there’s mold in the freezer and the products are dirty as well. They need to do something about it. It’s gross ?

I’ve never seen a CVS pharmacy so unkind to the customers and their community. Unlike all other CVS stores they didn’t even have a trash can outside of their store which explains why it is the dirtiest parking lot that I’ve ever seen for a pharmacy. They told me that I couldn’t use their bathroom around noon time. I worked for CVS for 5 years as a front store clerk and as a supervisor and we never denied ANYONE the bathroom. Put a trash can outside of your store or clean up the lot! BE KIND! WE ARE YOUR PAYCHECKS!! The humane thing to do is to let a person use the bathroom! Health and wellness!!!!

Used to go to the CVS on memorial but unfortunately it closed. I thought Riverdale was bad but Elm st seems to have beat it! 30 minutes on hold someone picks up and hangs up right away so I can go back on hold. The pharmacists are rude and claim they’re “backed up” but all they do is chat around with each other and don’t do anything. Awful employees

Went in to pick up some sunglasses on a busy Easter Sunday. A very sweet cashier named Cherish waited on me, not only offered to cut the tag off, but even polished them for me. It's tough enough to have to work on a holiday, and the added customer service is truly appreciated! Thank you Cherish!

By far the worse pharmacy I have dealt with in years. Had a surgery on Thursday it’s Easter morning and still waiting on CVS. The pharmacist is a rude as rude gets. I will be switching to Walgreens or Walmart after this last pick up. The customer service at this store is incredibly disgusting.

Customer service at the pharmacy level leaves a lot to be desired. Spent 20 min on hold no answer. Husband stopped by and the first person he spoke to at the pharmacy told him to go through the drive through. Pharmacist refused to reach out to Dr. Office. Not the first time we've had problems. Switched pharmacies after this experience. Miss the old CVS on Memorial Ave.

(Consumer Value Stores)CVS Front Store Staff is very nice and helpful at all times. Pharmacy staff is very helpful as well. They are quick and efficient even though they are extremely busy at all times. Very friendly also. I really enjoy visiting CVS any time morning, noon or night. Way to go CVS! 5 stars all the way!

This review is not limited to this particular CVS Pharmacy but to CVS itself. First, this pharmacy dispensed a BP medication which was on an FDA recall list. Now, they took it upon themselves to change the BP medication without my consent via misleading means. Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. First, they gave me a prescription on an FDA recall list. Next, they changed my prescription without notice or consent by telling doctor it wasn't available. It was, at another pharmacy. When I called to inquire before picking up prescription they assured me they had located 90-day supply of original prescription despite initial text message re, first, calling doctor to change prescription, then, that original prescription was on back order. When I arrived it was an entirely different prescription.

I stopped at this CVS unexpectedly on my way home from a trip to Boston where I had lost my medication. Of course, it was a Sunday morning; and my doctors office wasn't available to help. But the pharmacist at this CVS spoke with the pharmacist I have at home who normally fills my prescription and was able to transfer my prescription and get it filled for me very quickly.
