I am very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the unit that I have rented for the last 2 years. Service exceptional! They have an answering service when they are not available and that has helped me expedite my questions faster.

CHEAP PLACE TO RENT IF YOU WANT MICE IN YOUR STUFF.If I could give a zero star rating I would. I rented a storage unit here for 6 months, I came back to move my stuff out yesterday. I found a dead mouse in the corner, mice feces everywhere, my boxes were shredded from the mice. I had to throw most of my stuff away because the mice used my stuff as a bathroom. I went to the office to speak to someone, first off the stench of cigarettes lingering inside that office is overwhelming, second the lady was rude and stated that she could not do anything about it. She also stated that I was lying about the dead mouse and feces everywhere, thank god I took pictures, I showed them to her and she brushed it off like she didn’t care. Never again will I rent from them. Customer service is terrible and the place is disgusting.

It's a good place to store but not good if you are a non smoker, paying your Bill can be overwhelming because of the overpowering odor of tobacco it gets in your clothes and hair and it fouls the air.

I actually want to comment on corporate E-Z Storage. I'm not actually at this location, but I don't want to risk getting the very nice woman in charge of my site in trouble. The charge if a payment is late, the charge for my unit is $72.60, 20% of the cost of my unit! My bank warned me, a little too late, that postal delivery was getting so slow that I shouldn't rely on their sending a check, (Thank you, Louis DeJoy). So the check was late. The manager at my location tried to warn me, but I really couldn't come up with a second monthly payment that fast. So because of the late fee, I was considered late the next month -- and they didn't cash the check I had sent them. So I had to pay 2 months rent, plus this outrageous late fee. I decided to pay a month ahead, so this couldn't happen. I get an email telling me that , by the way, they've raised my rent by 10%. I rather think that E-Z Storage is profiteering on the slow mail delivery. They have not concern for their customers -- they could have extended the grace period or lowered the fees. So I imagine that a lot of their customers are now losing their units and everything in it. One good thing, I've decided that I'd rather get rid of most of my stuff that continue dealing with E-Z Storage.

Pretty affordable have no issues the owners are very very polite that work at the front desk and I have no issues and I ask has anything ever been stolen or broken into here and I was told no I haven't had no issues so I'm happy

Lots of different sizes units here. Prices are competitive with other places. Convenient to the Memorial Ave area. Clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I unfortunately had to use a storage unit and found this one close to me. Now first of all ive never had any company charge me so many late fees in one month of paying late and at an alarming amount. My bill every month was $ 165 for a large unit the preliminary late fee is $25 after that they charge u $125. So for one month being late your fee is $150 which is higher than most credit card late fees. Your bill is $325 and the following months bill is added on making it $510 and now the next month your so behind its hard to pay and they make no payment arrangements its all or nothing. Now the following month they take on all the same fees and in 2 months of you being late you owe over $600 and you get a letter for them to auction off your items. The owners of the company don't even live in the state and the people who work there don't work with you and there excuse is that all payments and fees are run by a computer that doesn't allow them to make partial payments or payment arrangements. So if you are thinking about getting a storage unit think again if EZ storage pops up when you use your search engine Sincerely Not happy
