Nice place lots to select from yet still waiting for my order they said 1 week to an half. And it's going on 3 weeks and finally they called it took a little bit longer but got my light very happy very friendly staff and like I said they have a great selection of light đŻď¸đ¨

Ran in there this evening needing some help quick because we accidentally didnât have fixtures ready for the electricians coming tomorrow. The ladies were very kind and willing to help - even taking time to give our young children something interesting to play with while we looked at options. Even though we were racing the clock of closing time, I felt like I was served in a thoughtful, considerate manner. I saw comments about pricing but if the âalmighty dollarâ is the only metric by which we value things, then we totally miss the human connection and the quality of locally owned businesses. Plus, I was very happy with the prices. We look forward to shopping here again.

Stopped in to get ideas and found their selection fabulous! There were thousands of lighting displayed - you will be amazed at all of the selection !!! The staff there were very helpful and super knowledgeable! If you want to see options and ideas for any type of lighting and fans, this is your place. I highly recommend!!

I was very pleased to find Elegant Lighting. The showroom is impressive. Service was efficient and friendly. Found that one special, very beautiful bedroom ceiling light that's going to complete my room renovation.

We shopped online at Elegant Lighting and found the vanity light for our bathroom. I called the next morning and the order was created for me with Olga since this light couldn't be done online. The manufacturer had a delay due to their system updates and the light came in after I was in West Springfield. We live 45 minutes away and was not sure when I could get there again based on my schedule and construction work. Tatyana was awesome and delivered it to me in person that evening. I highly recommend Elegant Lighting and shopping local! I am looking forward to going into their showroom to find some additional lighting needs. Yes I could have bought the same light from Amazon but shopping local is much better and it helps our community instead of a conglomerate that would never provide the personal service I received.

Great show room, so many lighting choices. The person helping us was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting this lighting store. Chances are you will find what you are looking for.

This store is great . They have a good team who greet you as you come into the store and let you know to asked any questions that you have . They have a wide range of beautiful lamps very,very nice .?

I originally went here to get a lamp repaired. The woman who is in charge of the repairs was super nice; the result of my repair was that I needed a new lightbulb.? Clearly, I never checked that. The other upside of my visit was being able to look at the vast inventory that this store has for lighting. If youâre looking for just one room or 20 rooms, youâre going to find some thing you like here.

Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The hardware was missing in some of the fixtures. They are a little overpriced and we found the same light fixtures are available at Home Depot and Lowes for a fraction of the cost.

My friend and I had come over from Albany, New York originally to go to Table and Vine. But passing by Elegant Lighting, saw all the beautiful lamps and chandeliers, we just had to stop and go in. Just to look around..really...wanted to look around and get back on our way. Nope, this beautiful chandelier was calling..."I'm half price...take me home!" The sales woman was wonderful, kind and made the sale so easy. The chandelier-ist (what else would you call a guy with more pictures of chandelier on his cell phone then his kid) is coming Tues to install. Really recommend these folks for your lighting needs.
