  The best nail salon ever! When I went here my expectations were alright, but after the appointment my nails were looking better then ever! The staff is great and kind to fellow customers including me! I cannot express how great it actually is 1000000/5 it is amazing I 10/10 recommend it! 🔥💅

  Requested style: When I called for the price of a gel fill I was told 30 dollars
  The bill was 40 she never said it was 10 bucks more for the color

  The people were nice but my nails look horrible I asked for lips on my nails and I got horrible nails I wish they did it better I got cut and the paint looks horrible it is half asked and the nails are not even.wost set I ever got

  I try to give salons multiple chances to do my nails however I’ll never go back to this salon. I have one star because I can’t give zero. They didn’t have the AC on when it was 80 degrees and humid. I was sitting in the chair and was sweating as my feet were in very hot water and then they used hot stones. It was very uncomfortable. As I was getting a pedicure the nail tech didn’t listen to anything I asked for and almost made it seem like it was too much to ask for. My gel manicure came out terrible. There was clear polish all over my skin and there was a ton of particles that cured into the polish leaving bumps. When I asked them about it they said “where?” And refused to acknowledge it. I’ve gone back about 4 times to see if it would be a better experience but each time I’m always disappointed. Save your money!! Go to Modern Nails in Enfield CT. Well worth the money especially if you need to feel relaxed!

  I will never go here again. I told them specifically not to do jell color.She got done with my nails and charged me for the gel colorI told her I didn’t want it and she charged me for it.Never ever again. They lost my service. All they care about is money. Not the customer

  Only wanted a regular manicure, actually asked if there was a deluxe version. After telling them 3 times that I did not want gel, I got a manicure that lasted about 10 minutes . Soaked my fingers in plain water for about 10 seconds, did cuticles, small amount of lotion, painted nails, done.Service: Manicure

  I feel awful but if you’re trying to get your toes done don’t go here… the acrylic and paint application was so bad (thick, bulky and flooded my cuticles) not only did they not even bother to exfoliate my feet, but they did not apply ANY primer to my nail beds. The acrylic didn’t even stick to my nails. One nail lifted before she put on the gel. Can you believe that!! They also told my mom they were giving her gel when she specifically asked not to. They definitely do not care about the quality of their work… I will never go here again ?Services: Acrylic nails

  I LOVE THIS SALON. It is a family owned business, they do an incredible job for a more then reasonable price, I’ll upload pictures as soon as I have the opportunity .All of these complaints on here are so rude and boujie on a budget LOLLL.,like you all need to chill you’re at a nail salon in West Springfield MA , it’s a FAMILY owned salon so you can stop acting boujie when I guarantee you all where only paying max 50 dollars for your nails.
