I recently bought new balance sneakers that were defective had no receipt and no box all I wanted to do was exchange for a pair that was not defected that I could wear they told me no box no receipt could not exchange them now I am out 60 dollars not very happy the shoes can't be worn without pain

Very disrespectful and not very welcoming, some of the staff needs to be fired. They don't speak or even assist you. When i ask for help they have an attitude because you interrupted the PERSONAL conversation and the cashier look lifeless, like a zombie a the check out over all a bad experience never will return.

I walk in with my son to buy sandals. 3 employees just singing away and not one of them were willing to help!! Nobody else in the store. Oh well there loss not mine.

Unbelievable how I call for some item they tell me it’s there, then I call back to confirm the Size to then tell me “ ahhh yea ahh it’s all sold out aahhh” employers aren’t knowledgeable when it comes to doing their job.
