I didn't have my title to my car I was traded in and the sales manager gave me an attitude. He said I needed it before I could get the new car after making an appointment to sign everything. Unfortunately the salesman didn't let me know asking him about it. The sales manager tells me my car is just dead weight to him without the title. I was not happy after giving them a certified check for the whole amount. I probably would have went somewhere else if the check wasn't written out to you.

I booked the appointment with Eric, she was pleasant. I don't recall the name of the person that I spoke with at the desk, but she was very nice, informative. I had an issue with my infotainment screen not working properly, she had the technician look into this, and there was a software update that needed to be completed. This was helpful. I think this added a bit of time to the appointment because it ran +15 minutes from the 2 hours Erica said it would take. All good in the waiting area, the lobby was clean and coffee is offered.Overall, a pleasant experience.

Customer service was great Emmalee answered my texts quickly, was always kind and kept me updated on my vehicle while the warranty work was being performed. Although she was the only employee I had to deal with, the warranty service done on my vehicle (waterpump and thermostat) was completed in no time and so far I have no issues with the car so I’m satisfied with that as well.

My car is having a ton of issues.. Emmalee has gone above and beyond to help us try to make sense of what is happening and help us figure out how to move forward..Would definitely appreciate a loaner car while my car is in shop…

The service was excellent and more prompt than I was expecting. Dropped my car off late Friday, and was able to pick it up Saturday afternoon. The on line scheduling of service was quite cumbersome. The chat box could not be removed after I was finished with it, blocking the prompts underneath it.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to drop my vw atlas off at 815am for a routine oil change and tire rotation and was told it would be 2 hours to complete this service. After calling fathers and sons at 12noon, 300pm and finally at 500pm, I was told my vehicle is all set. When i arrived at 515pm to pick up my vehicle i had to wait another 30 minutes because they were in the middle of washing my vehicle.Over 9.5 hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation seems a bit unacceptable. No loaner vehicle was offered whatsoever…..

From the moment I stepped in the Dealership, I was greeted and treated as a valued customer, even though I was just looking. David Flenke was friendly, answered my questions, etc. I'm a prev owner of a 1999 VW Passat which is STILL going strong when I sold it and so I was looking for another VW because it's dependable. My thanks to David and then Mike on helping me through all the PPW and getting me into my new car. I will definitely recommend your dealership to all my friends and family.

Easy to work with. Straight forward. I literally was able to work with a salesman and come to a deal in about 35 mins. No hidden fees and they didn’t push too hard about adding warranties. 10/10 recommend this dealership

Right away when we arrived, Donny met us with a smile and directed us to the car we had mentioned online that we were interested in. He had us take in the car and really let us do the analysis of the vehicle without being pushy at all. At a different VW dealer, we felt suffocated by the sales person as he was doing the whole salesman pitch without any regard to what we were saying. But not Donny - he was an actual good person with good intentions. He answered our questions and really came through for us in all aspects of the experience. We could not be happier with Donny's expertise in getting the car we wanted with all the bells and whistles we discussed in getting. He helped us navigate the financial portions very easily and with plain explanations of the pros and cons. All in all Donny is a 20 out of 10!

DeVante was a nice person to work with. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell me by using salesman tactics. I appreciated his approach by listening to me and figuring out what would best work for my budget.I also worked with Mike Deluca who was awesome. He went above and beyond to help me with my financing and by helping me with my extended warranty on my previous vehicle. I appreciate his efforts tremendously!

I was not very happy with my service this time at Father & Son's on memorial drive in west springfield. When I arrived was fine but when I went inside to talk to the concierge , he started putting my info in the computer, however, another gentlemen came in line and he stopped what he was doing with me and went to that customer and wrong him out. I thought that was VERY unprofessional. That person could of waited their turn just like I did. Also, I was told my car would be washed and then at the end of oil change they said they could not at the time and it would be an additional 45 min wait to get it washed. Also, while I was sitting in the waiting area of Fathers and Son not 1 time did anyone speak or acknowledge me sitting there and ask if I wanted water or beverage. You guys are a VERY expensive dealership and have high prices, I would think you would have BETTER customer service. I used to deal with Balise Hyundai and their dealership are ALWAYS friendly and courteous. Ya'll need to do BETTER with how you treat your customers!!!!!

I always have a great experience here at this dealership. The customer service, in particular stands out. I don’t know much about automotive maintenance and repair. Emmalee from the service department, on several occasions, has taken the time to call and explain the services needed for my vehicle. It has been in a way I could understand, so I did not feel rushed into any unnecessary services for my vehicle. I have been offered a loaner vehicle each time my car needs to stay to complete the repair. I would recommend 1000%!!

The actual service itself was fine. Trying to get a hold of anyone in the service department is extremely hard. I've been taking my cars here for years because they had great service and Saturday service appointments as well, even though there is a different VW dealer in my town. Saturday service disappeared and seems like the customer service has as well. After calling several times, I tried the sales department who picked right up and tried to transfer me over, but again, no answer. This has happened to both my wife and myself, and they do not always call back if you leave a message.

Do not take your vehicle to get service at this location! My son, a young man attending college in the area and just trying to make in life took our 2019 VW to get his brakes checked. He was told they will only look at the brakes for a non-refundable inspection fee of $189.00. The service center took advantage of this young man. I called a near by competitor (Lia VW) and they only charge $75.00, I understand a business must make money but Fathers and Sons Volkswagen took advantage of our son. As a currently serving Army officer, I know how important it is to take care of people BUT Fathers and Sons VW did not take care of their customers and took advantage of my son. If they did it to me, they will do it to you. DO NOT GO TO Fathers and Sons VW.
