Both service and sales are amazing! They always go above and beyond. I recommend all my friends to buy a car from Fathers and Sons, weather it is Volvo, Audi or VW, you won't be disappointed.

The service department was rude and condescending to my mother and worst of all not helpful. We had to return twice to fix one issue

I purchased a used car from these folks. I found the experience to be a positive one. Car was in excellent condition and nicely detailed when I took possession. And the financial arrangements were completely above board and transparent. No hidden surprises!

What a wonderful experience! We have purchased new cars through the years and never had such a smooth experience like we did at Fathers & Sons Volvo- from start to finish! If you are looking for first class all the way, look no further! We met with Chandler and Paul and they helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. We are very thankful and extremely appreciative- we love our new XC90! Thank you....

Specific to the service department, and I'll spare the specific details of my S60 engine trouble, but I will say that my wife and I were traveling from Philadelphia to Boston with an overnight stay in Springfield, MA when our car's check engine light came on as we were pulling into our hotel at 11:30 at night. We went to see Fathers and Sons Volvo the next morning on our way to Boston, hoping they could squeeze in a check of the car before we made the drive. Not only did they complete the diagnostic, but they also had the part handy and were able to take on the repair AND gave us a loaner so we were able to make our appointment in Boston while they worked. Cannot say enough about Angie, who worked with us to get the appointment underway in the fastest and friendliest way possible. She turned what was a very stressful situation for us into an easy solution.

Service desk person very knowledgeable and helpful. Mechanics do flawless work and get it right the first time. Note to owner:FIX A/C in waiting area and showroom, too hot to wait inside for car repair. Also, get a comfortable couch or reclining chairs to make customers comfortable while they wait. The little petite Swedish chairs are not comfortable. Change the music. seems like the same 5 or six songs playing over and over and over and over.

My new go to for problems and maintenance on my favorite car of all time--my 2013 Volvo CX60 is Fathers and Sons in West Springfield. The caring and service is exemplary--especially from Susan, the Service Coordinator. Not only do they pick up and deliver, offer a loaner car (an Audi no less), and even WASH my car before delivering it back to my home, but they respond to concerns with a "can-do" and "will-do" attitude, even when there is something that i have to decide whether to pay for.Their labor costs aren't cheap--it's a dealership, but that said, they fixed things that weren't even on my list--like adding power steering fluid I needed, and doing a recall on a seat belt I didn't know I needed. That is service. They couldn't fix my hatch opening--because we didn't agree on the problem and I didn't want a big investment in something I knew hubby-dear could fix cheaply. But they did try--twice, and didn't charge for the second look at my request. So, they will be my Volvo go to, and I will, whenever I want to save hubby time and effort, pay them for what I need. Except for the hatch thing, this Volvo is almost maintenance problem-free. Compared to other makes of the same calibre, I am glad I have it. And I am happy to have Fathers and Sons in my list of vendors I trust.

My new go to for problems and maintenance on my favorite car of all time--my 2013 Volvo CX60 is Fathers and Sons in West Springfield. The caring and service is exemplary--especially from Susan, the Service Coordinator. Not only do they pick up and deliver (thank you Dimitri), offer a loaner car (an Audi no less), and even WASH my car before delivering it back to my home, but they respond to concerns with a "can-do" and "will-do" attitude, even when there is something that i have to decide whether or not to pay for.Their labor costs aren't cheap--it's a dealership, but that said, they fixed things that weren't even on my list--like adding power steering fluid I needed, and doing a recall on a seat belt I didn't know I needed. That is service.he On my list were re-programming the electronic for messages on maintenance and key batteries. They fixed e, but then, after I got my car back, it seemed to go back to where it had been. My hatch didn't open and close automatically anymore--a problem recurring in Volvo's evidently. They didn't fix my hatch opening--because we didn't agree on the problem and I didn't want a big investment ($1100) in something I knew hubby-dear could fix cheaply, and, actually it started working better, but not all better after they looked at it twice. But they did try--twice, and didn't charge for the second look at my request. I was a little disappointed with the first try, but they made good by taking it back to correct the programming--again.So, they will be my Volvo go to, and I will, whenever I want to save hubby time and effort, pay them for what I need. Except for the hatch thing, this Volvo is almost maintenance problem-free. Compared to other makes of the same calibre, I am glad I have it. And I am happy to have Fathers and Sons in my list of vendors I trust. Thank you Susan.

I waned to take the opportunity to sincerely thank the staff at Fathers & Sons Volvo in West Springfield. This week my husband and I purchased a car from Tom Drzal. Tom was amazing to work with and truly was an "expert" when it came to the vehicle I purchased. He exhibited such pride in explaining every feature the car had and answered each and every question I asked of him. Next I would like to thank Chandler Twining, the sales manager. The efficient and superior level of communication that he maintained throughout the purchase was truly nothing but spectacular. Lastly, Tony Quierio, the business manager, made the whole finical aspect of the car buying process very simple... maybe too simple :)I would recommend the team at Fathers & Sons Volvo to anyone. It truly was an amazing experience. Thank you again Tom, Chandler and Tony!!!!

If I could, I'd put a 0. In August (7 months ago) I had an immobilizer on my Volvo s80. It was towed to this dealership as they were the closest to the car. They replaced the computer to the tune of 2800, and then the car starting throwing codes. None of these issues happened before they serviced the car. Check Engine/Brake/alarm/power steering/etc all started after their service. I brought it back 2 days ago for a serpentine belt, which they charged 737 for. Online this repair costs $350 max. They also told me I should fix 5 other things to the tune of $4000. It has been to a garage I trust within the last 2 weeks and none of those were issues then. Hmm. They then repaired the belt without my authorization and wouldn't release the car. Good luck if you go there, no attempt was made to rectify the situation after repeatedly calling the shop. A total of 6 calls and 4 texts were made, and I got 2 callbacks, several hours later after they performed the unauthorized service.

The service department at Fathers and Sons Volvo in West Springfield, Mass. is excellent. When my XC90 broke down and had to be towed I had a detailed estimate the next business day and the work was completed flawlessly, on time, and for less than the estimate. Additionally, when I picked up my car it had been so thoroughly cleaned inside and out that it looked like a new vehicle. The service at Fathers & Sons is great and Sue, the service manager, is one of the most competent, pleasant workers you will ever find at a dealership. In every interaction with her she wen the extra mile, she cared about my particular needs, and she did everything in her power to make a stressful and expensive situation manageable. When I buy a new Volvo I will make the drive to Fathers & Sons and I'll do that because Sue and her team stand above the rest.

Called this location for 100k service, however the service manager could not be bothered to call me back. I went elsewhere, probably saved money in doing so.
