Love GNC but they need to update the hours of operation on the site and google . I got to the store at 8pm on the dot to pick up an online order and as soon as I walked in an employee starts yelling out they are closed .

I went to this location at 10 am on a Tuesday and the store was closed. It was not a holiday. I waited ten minutes to give them some time to open but it did not look like anyone was there. Lights were completely off and 10 am is already a late time to be opening. It’s annoying to drive to place to find them closed during their hours of operation. I ended up going to the vitamin shop in Holyoke instead . . . They were open. Highly recommend them over GNC now.

Used to be a member for years and got along great with the staff as long as I spent hundreds of dollars. I ended my membership due to career changes etc and I went with a more natural approach. I only needed one supplement that I couldn't get anywhere else and I was talked down to by the store manager after her associate tried to upsell three times with no being my response all three times. The associate asked if I was a member and the store manager rudely interrupted stating, "No he's not a member anymore." This put a very sour taste in my mouth and I haven't shopped with GNC since. Lots of locations are closing and it's not due to lack of good products but; poor management and poor attitudes.This is all too unfortunate because I love one of their products which I wont list because I don't want them getting any revenue from this comment.

Wasn't worth the gas or the effort. Anything in that store you can get for a third to a half of the cost on Amazon. Will never go to GNC ever again. What a rip off.
