The professionals here have clear communication, are patient (I asked lots of questions!) and made sure I was ok with each purchase needed to repair my vehicle. I'd definitely recommend this spot for any vehicle needs.

If you care about your car, avoid parking at this lot if you’re attending the Big E. It’s cheap for a reason. Their setup invites scratches and dings, clearly showing that they prioritize profit over protection.
I was instructed to park behind a car that couldn’t exit forward due to an obstruction. When I raised this concern to the attendant, he was condescending and insisted I park there anyway. Sure enough, I returned to find my new car scratched later that night.
The next day, I called to report it. The guy on the phone was dismissive, claimed there was no obstruction (a lie), insisted they leave 3 feet between cars (debatable) and said he knows what he’s doing because he’s been “parking cars for more than 20 years” (Sure, Jan 🙄).
I say all of this to say that you might save a few bucks by parking here, but you’ll pay for it in damage and attitude.

I've been getting service from these guys for about 15 years and they have always done a terrific job and at a reasonable competitive price. The Manager is always honest and knowledgeable and thanks to him and his crew I feel safe bringing my truck and my wife's car. Finding good honest mechanics can be difficult but we got one.
