Stylist did not know how to cut curly hair, did not use proper brush for curly hair. Terrible haircut, it’s going to take a long time to be able to even fix it. Stylist was more preoccupied talking with fellow coworker, about their work schedule than what she was doing. Lesson learned, you get what you paid for. Don’t take clients if you don’t know what you are doing! Now even worth asking for a refund, will never come back there!

Went here recently and got a beard trim- Heidi did a fantastic job, I left there feeling like I looked my best. Showed me some great shampoo and conditioner that I'm very glad I got I had a great experience there- ask for Heidi they'll take good care of you!

Efficient that your preference, even if you went to other stores, is maintained in their computer base. You can can sign in via their app and so no long wait when you get there.

Unfortunately, I really didn’t have a good experience there. The stylist told me that the cut that I wanted wouldn’t work, would take a lot of product and time to dry and style (despite the fact that I’ve had that cut multiple times already and know how my own hair works). The two stylists shouted to each other about random life things that seemed borderline inappropriate (“I won’t answer that because we have customers right now so my response isn’t okay for everyone to hear”). She cut really unevenly, and didnt follow the shape of the cut I asked for at all. I asked a few times for things to be a little different (layered, shorter in the back, still shorter in the back)… I ended up going to a different great clips in Chicopee and they fixed the cut, immediately afterward. Should have gone to Chicopee in the first place! Disappointed that I spent the money here only to go pay the same amount to have it fixed again..

Used to be good service three times in a row in the past two weeks I've walked in for a haircut and it's been 45 minutes to 85 minute wait to be seated. Why have the sign in the window that says walk in welcome if I'm asked if I have an appointment and you only have one tech working. Very frustrating especially if you live a busy life. Miss the days of waiting 10-15 for a haircut with two or three techs not an hour to two hours total for a 15 min cut by someone stressed out. Very disappointed once again. Take the sign out of you're window walk ins are not welcome and you better just save up the extra ten bucks and go to a barber at this point.

The staff was very polite and respectful in the Holyoke store including the owner and they cut the hair the way you want it

The worst experience of them all, even a non trained human would do better than the barber. They ruined all my 5 month grown hair, wouldn’t recommend this weird place.

The worst hair cut I've ever had. She did not listen to what I wanted, seemed right out of school. When I repeatedly try to explain how I wanted my layers, which were basic layers, she had to consult with the other very young girl who was very rude. I questioned how she was cutting my layers because I have never had them cut the way she did it. She never even checked to see of both sides were even. My hair us so uneven I could cry. My fiancé gets his hair cut here, usually without issue. However, today, the stylist was outrageously rude and actually made a comment intentionally putting him down. You might be having a bad day, but you don’t treat a paying customer in such a manner, EVER! Despite her poor attitude, she was still tipped and made a comment about it - “oh thanks for next to nothing”.Service: Haircut
