I visited this Home Depot for the purpose of seeing about replacement screens from windows I had purchased from there several years ago. I went to the Millwork department where I met Ian. After explaining my situation Ian was very helpful and got me a quote which was emailed to me a few days later. I then went back to the store on Saturday and again spoke with Ian who was able to place the order for me. Afterwards I roamed the store and bought a few others items. Overall the store was clean and well stocked. Other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Plenty of free parking.

What a great experience with Arelys Baez, Customer Experience Manager! Outstanding customer service with returning a safe that didn't open properly and coordinating the return and replacement of a new safe. She sent Nathanial and Rubin within the hour to remove the safe that didn't work. WOW! Excellent service from ALL involved that needs to be acknowledged! I'm a happy and loyal customer as a result. 5 STAR SERVICE!

Paid $35 delivery and didn’t get full delivery. Spent over an hour on the phone still no idea and told me to try to call the store…I thought I was on the phone with the store. I call the store no one picks up.
Rip off don’t use delivery I have 20 cinder blocks I didn’t get delivered

There are no employees available to help you find products. I attempted to call the manager to let him know about my customer experience but nobody answered the phone after several attempts.
