“on April 08, 2024 my car broke down in Springfield, MA. I'm in my late 70's and have never needed assistance before.. A man named Pedro was sent to assist me. He determined the car needed to be put on his ramp truck to get it, and me home... He was so polite and helpful it was as if my son was there to help me. He made sure I was able to safely get into his truck and that my seat-belt was fastened. He is a superb driver, taking no chances and always in control of his truck. I am not one that enjoys meaningless conversation but Pedro and I talked much of the way to my house.. He was absolutely a delight to talk to.. He showed his driving skills getting into my driveway getting my car in front of my garage door.. He then assisted me getting out of the truck.. He was such a delight to talk to I was sad to see him leave.. Thank you for turning a bad situation to an enjoyable event.”
