I had a great experience. I took my work van here for an oil change. George was very professional. He was by himself when he got here so he had to greet multiple people. He apologized that I had to wait even though I wasn't worried about it. The techs got me all set with my oil change and worked with the fleet management company to fulfill the transaction. They even hooked me up with cold air while they worked. Thank you for the great service.

Went in for a simple oil change while on a longer drive. They tried to upsell me on everything so I had to keep refusing additional services. Was convinced to replace my filters but they left part of the filter cap off when they replaced it. Sadly, didn’t realized until I reached my destination. Please stop pressuring customers to get additional (likely not needed) services!

Zach was very polite, friendly and helpful. Every time I visit, the guys are all helpful and service my vehicle quickly and accurately. 10/10 recommend.

Great service!! I went in for an oil change and they let me know immediately that they didn't have the filter for my X3. They offered to order one and I could come back as early as the next morning or I could visit the Feeding Hills location. I was impressed and decided I'd come back the following day. When I arrived, they came right out and pointed me to the next available garage. I was in and out in minutes! Overall, the guys were efficient, respectful and professional and I'd recommend them.

According to the company, you check the air in the tires, fluids, etc. On Saturday I went to get the oil changed and the tire needed air and I told them and they told me that they had already crashed it when in reality they didn't even OPEN it, they looked at very bad service

I went with my filter from home, I told them to change my filter with oil, they deceived me that they changed the filter, they didn't even change it

The guys who were working at yr West Springfield location were helpful and friendly. Zach went above and beyond to first get me quote for the work. Then had to get the parts from another location. I went back the next day to have the work done.
