Zero stars! Boooo, throwing tomatoes! The worst ever!Swindled me into spending $60 on windshield wipers! I was told the wipers were $30 only to find out they're $30 per wiper! Excuse me?! For all that I'll wipe my windshield off myself! Why in the world not specify that prior? At that point they already took my old ones off and tossed them. I feel like I was tricked into it. No way wipers and an oil change should cost $150 AFTER a $25 off coupon has been applied. And of course they randomly throw in that I should consider replacing my spark plugs and give me a $500. I did not go for spark plugs, and I said I don't want anything but an oil change. Leave me alone!!!! The way I threw that bs diagnostic away. Y'all got me this time but NEVER AGAIN JIFFY LUBE.

Hands down one of the best places in West Springfield to get a quick oil change and if you're as lucky as I was today, a impromptu karaoke session! But on a serious note, absolutely amazing service! Everyone, and I mean everyone on staff this morning was amazing! I'm grateful that they are very close to me, but even if they weren't I would still go to this location. If you need a good place to get great service, and be treated like an equal then look no further.

The guys at Jiffy Lube were not only kind, but efficient. I asked for an estimate on how long everything would take and they executed it perfectly. On a strangely tough personal day for me, they seemed to pick up that both timeliness and kindness would go a long way for me intuitively. After I left getting the oil change, I ended up telling 4 people throughout the rest of the day about my incredibly positive experience because it happened to be the literal highlight of my day. Specific shout out to Jorge & Austin! TY!

The guys at Jiffy Lube are always quick to service my vehicle and are always friendly & respectful! They top off my oil in between oil changes when needed & check and fill my tire pressure no questions asked! And all this without having to wait for weeks for an appointment! I come in when I have time and they take good care of me !

The gentlemen at the West Springfield, Massachusetts facility on Memorial Ave were super friendly. They made me feel comfortable immediately, explained everything being done, let me know what was due, needed.I felt so comfortable with the experience I’ll be bringing my Moms car to the same location for those exact reasons.
