Worst bank I have ever dealt with! I deposited a mobile check and it got flagged. They locked my whole entire account not just the check and it has been 15 days. They have not been able to give me an exact time as to when my account will be unlocked and have given me no access to any funds . The check has already cleared, and the funds are in the account, but they have not released it. The tellers are amazing, but the department itself is absolutely horrible! Don’t bank here if you actually want access to your money

This bank is definitely not friendly to people of color. David Boutelle was highly inappropriate, combative and unprofesssional. He refused to help or serve me.

What is this black magic, this sorcery from the depths of the beast's lair that is the ATM at the FN at Riverdale?? Thinking at first that it was out of working order, I nearly reined my horse to bound forward with my carriage. Upon closer scrutiny, I saw that the machine takes ATM cards sidways - with the long side going into the slot first. Never before have I laid eye on such wickedness and contrarian villainy!
