Don't do business with Balise! Recently my 2022 RX350 went in for 15k service. They gave me a loner car & the tire went flat. They charged me ~$500 to replace the tire! They even charged me labor! You'd think buying a $50k + car would mean something. But apparently not. I'll never buy or get service from them again!

last Saturday I went to get a Lexus RX 350 F sport. At first, the salesman told me that the car had a 360 camera and was fully functional when I went home to see the car again, it was not like they said I was really disappointed. car sale this place. When receiving the car, the instructor uses the car function quickly and then goes without conscientiousness in general this place is not trusted

Exceptional service from very qualified and experienced mechanics who have been with the company for a long time. Proof of stability and consistency of work. They pamper customers with free amenities such as a well stocked food bar complete with sandwiches/ pastries and hot or cold beverages. They're never stingy with providing you with a loaner car if need arises or a courtesy van for drop off / pick up while your car is being serviced . The staff is always courteous and respectful and the customer service personnel have their own offices for privacy . The outside bay where one drives thru and parks the car inside can accommodate a lot of cars in one time is very state of the art .

Purchased a Certified Lexus RX350, assuming everything was taken care of during the CPO checklist. Know one during our negotiation or our three trips to the dealership could produce the checklist for us to review. Purchased in good faith on their word. Fast forward to our first service (5000 miles) and we need new brakes and tires. WRONG WRONG WRONG! Bad way of doing business and you won't get us again!

Someone removed my original review to which the dealership responded dat some1 will call me. That was mid-Feb. Its end of April. No one called. tehn i find my review tampered with. posting my original review bk. This review is based on our experience on 12/31/2019. We v already leased a lexus from them but i still feel i should write about the experience for benefit of others. VERY RUDE CONDESCNEDING SERVICE FROM THE GENTLEMAN WHO SAT BEHIND EDWIN ON 12/31 AND ALEESHA PETERS. IF YOU CANNOT ANSWER QUESTIONS ITS YOUR SHORT COMING. FIX THAT. LEARN TO TALK POLITELY. DONT BE FAKE. We worked with Aleesha for a car to lease. The monthly amount was $xx3.99 After coming back i mailed Aleesha if its possible 2 shave off that $3.99 & mentioned clearly dat it doesnt change our decision in getting the lease. We were out d whole day so i didn't check emails. Later i noticed email 4m her saying quite rudely that dey cannot go down and if she shd go ahead. I ignored the rudeness & told her clearly dat i never asked her 2 nt go 4wd. 2 days pass &whn we didnt hear bk nythng my bf called & left VMs & i did an online chat whr she cannot confirm whn we will hear back 4m Aleesha 2 whch i said why have d chat option. This shd b a sign 4 balise lexus 2 improve chat option if its 2help customers. If its an automated line, mention dat at the start its a robot & will give info only whats avail. We gt a call back and finally on 12/31 got the date to pick up d car. Aleesha specifically mentioned dat she won't b available and 2 look 4 Rodney when we come in at 9 AM. We didnt v car so we called UBER at 8:30 & d drivers kept cancelling. we noticed we were going 2reach at 9:45 when we finally gt d ride. Just when we were about 2call, we got d call from Rodney & we told him. Not even once anyone mentioned we might v2 reschedule apt as we were getting late. So we reach Lexus Balise and we met Rodney. He took us to the last cabin behind where Aleesha & Edwin seats. I dont remember the gentleman's name but i believe it was Bill. Whoever sat at the last cabin behind Edwin on 12/31 morning - stay away from him. HE IS A VERY CONDESCENDING RUDE MAN WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK In the beginning he was trying 2sell us extra packages. We said no. He said "what didnt u like in d package" Well then i thght okay lets understand wht d package is about. Now i already had an experience of leasing b4. I asked him d part number & i can c how much it costs outside & how much is d package for and then it will make sense to us if its worth buying. To this he said one tire will cost $1000. He can get us the cost from parts department. I said okay. When he got the cost it was $500. Mind you all this time he was talking very rudely. I think his ego got hurt that how a lady is so knowledgeable. Anyways then we told him we would like to read the agmnt if they can show us where its written that we have to buy all the 4 tires of same brand as 2 what is there now. I understand it has 2b same specification but same brand? He obviously cudnt show. He got up from his desk and said he CANNOT DO BUSINESS WITH US. Now this is where we really wanted 2get up & sue him 4 his misdemeanor but we are better than him so gave him a benefit of doubt and wanted 2 speak 2 his manager. Now do remember he told coz we are late he has an apmnt right at 11 in that office (it was about 10 at that time) so he cannot give us anymore time. we were there till 12, no 1 came. We met with Brian Shepard. To start with he was v rude. He brought up d email convo with Aleesha saying dat we had a bad start!!!! how fake ru Aleesha!! Mind u she was in office that day which she previously said she wudnt b. Brian also cudnt show us where its written that we need 2buy all 4tires of same brand. we were so offended that we just went ahead & took d said package whch increased our monthly by $50 & went ahead. Brian tried apologizing but dat behavior cannot b apologized. He even gave us a rental 2go & take care of some business whch was needed.

My appointment was 11am today for synthetic oil change. Was told by advisor that they are washing the car 30 mins ago 2 hours on the dot has passed and I'm still waiting for my car :(

Just bought our 6th Lexus from Balise. Outstanding buying experience. Jim Maiolo is a no pressure consummate professional sales person. Bill Gryszkiewicz business manager made the paperwork experience very pleasurable. Ronasia Crandol the technology specialist was very patient and very helpful explaining all the overwhelming technology.The service people: Joe,Adam,Paul and John are all the best of the best. Always treat me so special.

I went in for my 10k factory check up. Luckily the 10k checkup is complementary, so the service was free. The guy who did our service was very efficient and got us in and out fast. The waiting area has some donuts, snacks, soda, and coffee. There's also some computers and TVs for entertainment. I love that the car service guys have their own office. It's a nice touch. Possibly the nicest service I've had ever. Every service comes with a free car wash. (Which they did a fantastic job on...my car was sparkling clean- it almost looked waxed!)

If you are thinking about purchasing a Lexus, do not hesitate to go to Balise Lexus in West Springfield, MA. Ed Ladika was my salesman and he was without a doubt, the best car sales person I have ever used. Ed was there to make sure I walked out with the car that I wanted and worked with me to give me the best price! Ed was polished, profesional, and not pushy! Bill Grzyciewicz, the business manager was amazing when I went in to sign my paperwork. Bill was friendly and professional. Ronnie, from guest services was patient and thorough as she gave me a lesson on how to work my new hi-tech RX350. I went to this dealer to purchase a car I found on line. It was most of what I wanted and I was willing to look at it and possibly purchase today. My trade in is fully loaded with low mileage and has a NADA value of over $7,000 retail price, plus trade in value of more than $5,000. They offered me $1,000 for my trade. I put more in the tires and brakes in the past year. I can't think of an option my car doesn't have. I went to Bertera down the street and they offered me $5,400 for the same car that Belise only wanted to give me $1,000 for. No thank you. You can get rich off of someone else. If you want to insult your customers, don't make me wait an hour to do it. This is my first time in this dealer and it will certainly be my last.

Turned in a lease after three years,would not help me on any paperwork concerning financial concerns ie rebate on excise tax ,felt like I left the family and got kicked out the door.Doesnt leave you with a good taste.in your mouth to go back!To be fair the snack bar ain't bad

I look forward to going to balise lexus... I love the staff.. My favorite person to see is Barbra Spear... I'm on my 3rd and 4th lexus and I had Barb as my sales person each time, she's wonderful and so is Noah. Everyone should buy there vehicles there. Its a great experience and you build relationships with the crew.....
