I had the wonderful pleasure of Ms. Vanessa Lopez, "Tax Professional," file my taxes today. She was polite, informative, took the time to answer my questions and fact check items I was unsure of. She worked in a timely efficient manner and concluded our meeting with a walk through of the paperwork forms and what we accomplished. Lastly Vanessa offered her business card if I had any follow-up questions. I left with a quiet confidence knowing my taxes were taken care of for another year.

Easily made my appointment on the application. Got multiple reminders about my appointment. Kim was on time and very thorough and explained everything in great detail. It was a pleasure working with Kim and that's why I am a repeat customer.
