They used to have a regular number to the office now. It gets directed to a call center where you gotta jump through hoops to talk somebody, then you get put on a 20 minute, wait list just for a regular phone call totally unacceptable. The hundreds of thousands of dollars that they take in just for cpap machines alone , answer the bleeping phone

I think Joe was the person that took care of me.He was so respectful and knowledgeable.He explain detail by detail.He made sure I was comfortable with CPAP machine and I understand everything.He was very pleasant & professional.

Daniel Eutiquio RRT from the 53 Capital Drive West Springfield, Mass office is an excellent example of how Lincare should help all customers! He has gone above and beyond to help me. He actually corrected what type of mask I wanted and delivered the correct one to my home. He should be recognized for the exceptional service he gives! I would highly recommend him to all Lincare customers.

As far as conveinance ,cant beat it, with drop in get supplies or fast home delivery they accomodate Also staff are very knowledgable in every thing they carry , its funny i always forget name of oxygen generator ,they ask what color, and my filter is in hand so if u have choice ask for Lincare

The phone call notification that I received leaves a lot to be desired. The person who serviced me at Lincare was Joseph Marquette, who is the best person I have dealt with for anything to do with my CPAP. He explained everything clearly couldn’t be more helpful and gave me different ways to contact him for any questions or needs that I have. Joseph is outstanding.

I would like to say an extra special thank you to ANTHONY ..He was very pleasant and made an emergency call at 11:00pm and did it with a smile on his face :-) !! He explained everything about the machines perfectly and was just an overall pleasure having him in our home (mom BROWN THANKS YOU AS WELL)

Stopped by Lincare yesterday to update a piece of equipment. Sonia Torres assisted in answering our questions and providing the needed equipment. I was having trouble getting my CPAP data to my insurer and Daniel Eutiquio, RRT reached out to help me. He got me my supplies quickly and was able to straighten things out with the insurer.
