Went in to the the office they took care of me, received the equipment I needed, I had to get a new style nasal mask, may have to revisit that as it tends to fill up with condensation, they were thorough and was a good experience, sometimes a bit tough to get a call back.

Machines been beeping for a week, I called to see if they could fix problem, they said change tubing, so I did, they told me if it still is beeping to call them back, so I called back . Told me someone would be out next day to maintenance it, waited all day and no one came. Call back the next day, woman wasn’t very friendly trying to explain it to me over phone , so a man got the phone tohelp , and that got no where, so he said some one would come to fix it and still a no show!!!

I contacted the Capital Drive, West Springfield Lincare office with a problem and was assisted by respiratory therapist Joe Marquette. Joe was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly solve my problem. Joe listened intently and was kind and understanding. I very much appreciate Joe’s help and am impressed that this Lincare facility offered me the opportunity to promptly see a respiratory therapist.

To many problems to type & wrote. They never returns phone calls. They got caught in several lies, said they were in meetings all day when they were not, was told they left for the day when they didn’t & etc…. Very rude customer service!!! They need to fire & rehire. I was refused to speak to a manager for days. The one thing going for this company are the delivery drivers. The drivers are wonderful.If you are reading reviews than do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.
