    Just got my sleep apnea machine a few days ago I am 100% satisfied with the customer service the guy Joseph who helped me with fabulous I had zero questions at the end because he pretty much covered everything... five stars

    Impossible to coordinate with, long hold times. Clearly still an issue 10 months later

    Was finally able to get through to someone who was knowledgeable in the West Springfield office...they provided us with an honest answer and a solution. Oxygen tanks packed in car and they will help him unload them when he arrives.
