The most rude scamming people work there. Watch your bill. I canceled service and they continue billing until they pick up the equipment. It's been 2 months and I got billed for those months. That's a lot of $$$ across the country for insurance scamming and I, as a 70 year old on SS am responsible for 30% of the bill. What a wonderful scam this is!!!

Was finally able to get through to someone who was knowledgeable in the West Springfield office...they provided us with an honest answer and a solution. Oxygen tanks packed in car and they will help him unload them when he arrives.

My family has been with Lincare for several years and I can't say enough about their service. They are ALWAYS literally a phone call away. Whenever a need arises, Lincare is readily available. We're very appreciative of the staff and service. Our family highly recommends this agency!

Calledbthere 5 times got hung up on 2 times then got transferred 3 times gave my order to 3 people. Finally last guy say's all set you can pick-up tomorrow at 2:30 get there wait 10 min for someone to come to window I can here them laughing talking having a good old time while I am waiting. As I was strapped for time to get my dad to his appt., (and cant get there without oxygen for him)so she finally comes to window I give her his name and guess what there is nothing ready for him as they had promised. So I finally loose it and some guy comes over and starts yelling at me because Iam yelling.Oh ya great place, I dont think anyone is running the show over there very unprofessional very unorganized.

My husband had a laryngectomy on January 6. He wasn't allowed to go home until the hospital could line up a suction machine for him. We were told that Lincare would deliver the equipment by 2 pm on January 25, so he was discharged. After waiting til after 2 and no one showed up, my son and I went to pick him up. When we got to the hospital, which is about an hour's drive away, we were told that Lincare was at out house and that we had to go back to allow them to set up the equipment, before we could bring my husband home. So we came back and they set up the machines and then we had to go back to the hospital to get him.He needed the suction machine for maybe a week, but we still had the nebulizer which he used for a while. In the middle of April we called the company to have the equipment picked up. We waited two different days for someone to show up as promised, and then on April 15 we drove to the company and returrned the equipment ourselves.They are still billing us for April, May, and June. I contacted our insurance company, as they were still billing them too. I had a phone call on July 5 from the insurance company telling me that the account was all straightened out and we could ignore the bill.

If I could give negative bagillion I would When you require oxygen supplies and tanks to leave your house and they never deliver on time or at all. Lies. By the time y'all send out supplies will the patients be alive ? Past 5 years or so orders for tanks / supplies are not delivered on time or at all I received 6 tanks last week ( not on my delivery day ) that were empty . Since Tuesday I have been trying to rectify the issues . Additionally I ordered tanks for this week Thursday delivery . Got a call they would be here on Friday it's 10:30 at night Friday . I had plans ( I'm stuck in my house with out them) . Let's go back to 2019 I was supposed to receive tanks on that Thursday May 16 . So I could go be with my dad who was in hospice care . He died the next day . I did not get to say goodbye or spend time with him because of y'all. ( the office knew this at the time). Am I less of a person? / Just a number? Yes this vest is awesome for someone who needs it ( will they actually get it? )Should I take to the internet and ask how many have the same issues with their medical supplies not being delivered? It is insane that y'all have a Medicare contract and can't deliver or even give a phone call back on the day of delivery . Y'all bought the other companies around and can't handle the supply . I don't want to hear another covid excuse this has been happening prior to covid . I know at least 3 dozen people that have had issues prior and during and and now that have the issues . The local yelp sight has Lincare rates at a 1 , nurses have had same issues for patients.

The worst to do business with. Incompetent, rude, lack of compassion, lazy. Nothing good to say about this company. Everyone of them, from customer service to the delivery drivers should be fired. HORRIBLE. I gave them 1 star only because I had to. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney General.

They are not professionals! They don't care, they say theres a shortage of tanks but yet drivers leave empty tanks on our porch take what they want. They are lazy! They tell you excuses so you wont get tanks. They dont care if you dont get out, people on oxygen have appointments! Wait til thet get on oxygen, see how they like it! They also billed insurance 2 years ahead so we couldn't change companies! Isn't that against the law!

I brought my CPAP machine to this office on 4/7/22. The incompetent staff never shipped it to the main office until 5/12/22. It's now early July and I still have not received my machine back. Anything associated with Lincare turns into a nightmare. If you need CPAP supplies, stay away from J+L and Lincare.
