Brought our 1999 Honda Accord in for fresh paint and could not be happier with the results. Staff was pleasant and finished the job earlier than forecast.

My car was BEAT up and Ashley got me in and helped me understand my insurance claim better than any other car place! I felt comfortable to ask questions and all of the employees were helpful and kind— and the damage is completely gone!
And as a little bonus they even filled my tires for me, which they didn’t have to do (I’m pretty sure they wiped my dashboard down too because it’s cleaner now than when I dropped it off, not sure that’s the norm usually but it was sweet!)

We had a second repair done this summer at Maaco on our Volvo XC90. This time it was to replace a broken tail light. They found the part at an incredibly reasonable price, installed it quickly and the result was perfect. I am so impressed with the professionalism and teamwork of all the staff at Maaco. Their customer service is incredible! I would highly recommend them for any auto body work!

I just wanna say that the experience I had with Maaco was beyond satisfying! They had my car looking brand new! I would definitely go back to them! And they made sure that I had all the details as the work was being done. Everyone who works there was awesome as well. Kind and ready to help make the process ass painless as they could. I got my baby back looking brand new! I wanna thank them all again!

WOW!!! They did an incredible job with the body work, painting and repair! They worked to keep the cost down on my vehicle as it wasn’t covered by insurance. Ashley is incredible with her knowledge and ability to find parts and make it work. The staff are talented and friendly. They are truly a great team. And they finished the job 2 days earlier than expected! If I could give them 10 stars I would. You can feel confident that they will get the job done right and at a great price. 😀

After a car accident my rear bumper was scuffed cracked and had a broken reflector. Joe and his team replaced the bumper quickly and for a great price. They even went above and beyond and vacuumed my car out for me. Would highly recommend

Maaco was great at fixing my car after it was hit while parked. They had to replace the bumper and reflectors. Had it done 2 days early and work looks great

I recommend Maaco in West Springfield. They were excellent specially Ashley. She help me thru the process of getting my car ready. She is very helpful, great customer service, and very friendly. I'm glad my insurance send me to Maaco. Thank you to everyone that worked on my car.

While visiting family in Ohio, our car was keyed completely around in the hotel parking lot. JJ and Ashley were extremely helpful and in no time had an estimate for the repair - which involved quite a paint job. I picked up the car Thursday and it looked like it just came out of the showroom. Joe was there to hand me the warranty and keys to my perfectly repaired car. I can't say enough about JJ, Ashley and Joe's professionalism and pride in their product. Do yourself a favor and at least let them give you an estimate should you need body or paint work on your vehicles.

Great place! Ashley is amazing! Had my car fixed there from a recent accident. Took care of the insurance side for me. They have great talent, the car came back good as new. I’m so glad I chose Maaco. 10/10 would recommend. :)
