“I went there on a late Friday afternoon. I had been to the Longmeadow location and there was a line just to log in and the room was full. The Benton Drive lab had no line and the waiting room was empty. What a stroke of luck. I logged in and was seen quickly. The woman drawing the blood was very good and the entire experience was very pleasant.
I did notice the waiting room is pretty small so it could have just been beginner's luck but this could be my new lab.
It is not even that far away from the Longmeadow labs.
All in all a great job by the East Longmeadow Baystate Lab.

“On Mother's Day, this is my experience.
I went into the ER at Baystate Noble in Westfield around 9:30am for a huge abscess on my buttock that was painful.
Two hours later, I was finished. The staff was incredible and Dr. Fay was incredible. I feel FANTASTIC.
