Went to Mercier looking for a stair runner. Very knowledgeable staff onsite. They let you look around with no rush. Local installation. They carry a wide selection of brands and types of carpet. Prices are reasonable.

I needed to contact them again to see if they could change the flooring in another part of our house and realized I didn't rate them for the last time they did work for us. Nicole was very responsive and helpful, we felt we got a decent price for what we had done, and the installers were very good--professional, thorough, and when I questioned part of the carpeting layout, they sought to ensure I was completely 100% satisfied. I won't ruin your reputation with one star but your employees drive like idiots.. going 20 in a 40 and hitting the brakes every 50 feet with nobody in front of them. Yesterday on route 5.. Two of them. One following the other.

From the moment we walked through the doors to having the carpet installed we had such a positive experience . Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating . We had hired someone to move the larger furniture out of the bedrooms and unfortunately, without any notice he did not come. We had just moved into our home and it was very important to us to have the new carpeting in when family was visiting from North Carolina. The installers were unbelievable and went far beyond what was ever expected! We recommend Mercier Carpet to everyone who wants a positive experience and beautiful carpet.Service: Install flooring

I purchased a vinyl floor for my three season room. Less than year later, the floor started to buckle. I called the sales person, who said they would send someone to look at it. Never happened. Followed up with them, and I was told send them pictures of the floor. Did that. Followed up with them again, and I was told I was on the fix it list, but they needed to wait for warmer weather. Well six months later, its now cold weather again, no one has looked at the floor, and it's still not fixed. I have since been told that they should have put down a vapor barrier. So disappointed. They had no problem taking my money when they sold me the floor..
