“I recently had to retrieve my POD to add additional items, after completion the door was closed, I was a little distracted and placed the lock and tag on the unit. The next morning I got to thinking that I locked the unit in the open position (not sliding the latch over) after panicking, I went to the facility first thing Monday morning. I was greeted by Cessia, who remembered me and went to check on the POD, it was unlocked as I suspected, she took my key and locked the unit for me. I was very impressed how Cessia at the Ludlow MA facility handled the situation and am very grateful to her for her assistance and calming demeanor.”

“I contacted the safety department after one of their trucks with driving extremely recklessly forcing cars off the road on the Massachusetts turnpike.The woman I spoke to in the safety department was very polite and responsive and I can only hope that this driver is being given coaching or his walking papers to promote public safetyI I have been operating tractor trailers for 40 years nearly 5 million miles. Drivers like this really need to be taken off the road and given more schooling so that they learn if they're jeopardizing everyone's safety when they drive recklessly. That SUV your tailgating may be full of kids!!!”
