He and his team were courteous, professional, and super capable at packing even our most fragile items. They created custom boxes for several of our larger, more awkward items and everything made it to the destination intact. Seriously, nothing showed even the slightest hint of damage, they did such an amazing job! It felt like they handled our stuff like it was their own.

The job was difficult, since the hot tub had an enclosed deck with limited access, but Lee and his gang seemed to have no trouble. I also appreciated their patience when the hot tub delivery was 9 weeks late, but they were ready as soon as it arrived. Highly recommended!! 5 stars!”

“I contacted the safety department after one of their trucks with driving extremely recklessly forcing cars off the road on the Massachusetts turnpike.The woman I spoke to in the safety department was very polite and responsive and I can only hope that this driver is being given coaching or his walking papers to promote public safetyI I have been operating tractor trailers for 40 years nearly 5 million miles. Drivers like this really need to be taken off the road and given more schooling so that they learn if they're jeopardizing everyone's safety when they drive recklessly. That SUV your tailgating may be full of kids!!!”

Kyle was our driver and was on time and the crew that was with him did an excellent job packing up everything in her house and labeling it so we could easily find what we were looking for when everything was offloaded in North Carolina.
