I had windows and a front door installed. The crews that did the work were excellent . Showed up on time completed on time, knew their jobs. The installation was well done and the clean up was total and complete. Very happy with the work that was done.

We had Nesco install gutters in 2022 and we couldn’t have had a better experience! So when it was time to find a company to insulate our attic, they were our first call. Again the experience was top notch; Vadim is professional and patient (our cat is very curious). I can’t say enough good things about the service!Services: Gutter installation

Look. We've had these doors going on a year almost now. Cost around 15,000$. One of the doors(front storm door) was made wrong. Ok.. Now for the fun after/waiting for that to be installed and needing other fixes... Back storm door was not aligned properly, had a gap at the top. Front main door had the weather stripping being ripped from normal use and came off at the coldest part of winter, didn't get replaced for a while eventually did. This was taken care of with months of nothing in between despite having called to inform them, the response time was abysmal. Talking to the workers that eventually came being told "we'll make a note", calling and then and calling back a second time was met with "oh there isn't a note..." and another month of waiting for the front door to be fixed while we stuffed towels and stuff under it because THIS WAS WINTER. We did get the front storm door, installed throughout this, after getting snow in the porch. But we're STILL waiting for the gaps and the trimming to be fixed on that one.

We have now spent $54,700 with this company on 7 different projects. In the past we have been happy with the service, and with the products in general. The company has changed drastically and not for the better. The customer service now is pathetic. Phone calls are not returned for weeks if ever. I felt like I was being threatened by office staff to sign off on the last project. I was very unhappy with the moldings used on our newest windows; they aren't similar in any aspect to the moldings on our previously installed Nescor windows, and I would never have given approval to install those - they don't match other windows in the same room and are an eyesore. When I bought this issue up I received a very patronizing response, and was told they might change the moldings if I paid for it. Some brackets and hardware for our custom blinds were lost and I was told I was lucky that the installers removed the shades for me. I have felt a total lack of respect every time I talk with them. We are now approaching winter and have one of their windows which won't close completely due to a broken latch lever; it has been 7 weeks since I brought this up with their salesman, and am still getting the run-around about when it will be fixed. I simply don't understand why any business would be so unresponsive and rude to a really good customer. We will NEVER use them again.

In terms of Nescor, you get what you pay for. While their quotes might be higher than other home contractors, you get the following: chain-supply managers that call with the status of ordered materials, project managers that arrange accurate installation timeframes, and highly talented craftspeople to perform the installations.We've had very bad luck with other contractors in the Western Mass area: Over budget, not showing up, and not picking up the phone when the work we paid for is not being done.I will post a few images of the immaculate work that was done, but also post some overall pros/cons.PROS: Fantastic craftsmanship. We had a seamless gutter install, fully framed backdoor, and 3 basement windows replaced. My house is almost 100 years old and I can only assume that the work was difficult for the installation professionals. Despite this, they were courteous and managed to provide a stellar service. The Nescore project management were accurate in timeframes and everyone showed up in the timeframes given. The products we received are top-of-the line, mostly... After examining the windows, I had one reservation, not on the installation, but the manufacturer of the window itself.Cons: "Estimators" aka Salespeople are extremely pushy. And if I invite you into my home, I do NOT want to see someone visibly frustrated at my indecision in spending so much money on home improvements. I'm not buying a car, I'm buying a quality product for my home. My advice to Nescor is to keep the pressure off in terms of sales, and focus on the quality of product, project management response, and craftsmanship of installation. Our next project is our roof, and we'll probably give Nescor the first bid, but we don't want the sales pressure.All said, very happy with the work, so far.Service: Gutter repairs

Purchase doors over a year ago. Sales person gave the impression that they have a lifetime warranty and would come fix any issues. Less than a year the storm door frame broke. I called and was told not covered under warranty. From day one I complained that the door was not installed securely. They claimed that was the best the could do. Now the door is broken and what’s broken is not covered under warranty.The worst service. Don’t not purchase from this company.

Ive never had work done by these people but had one of their people walk into my breezeway while i was not home. I watched him walk right through a closed screen door, that led to my breezeway and my side door, on my cameras. The proper and professional thing to do is to go to the front door not a side door that is through another closed door. Nescor I recommended you train your people better this was very unprofessional.

Do not hire! Omg, got a referral from Angi for these people and they came off like classic salesweasels. Would not come out unless I promised my spouse would also sit thru their presentation, as if we were getting a time-share condo in Maui. They insisted we reserve 90 minutes for them. Uh, hello? We don't need a presentation, we just wanted you to come out, measure, and tell us how much for a roof and some gutters. Now maybe they just had some old-timey notions that a woman couldn't be the decision-maker, but either way, eff that. And other reviews I read said they take up 3 hrs of your time. Screw that.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company has been harassing me for months. After dozens of calls where I asked them to please remove my cell number from their call list, they obtained my work extension and started harassing me at my place of employment. How would their customer call center employees like if I did that to them while they were working, and on the weekends? So incredibly unprofessional - if they pull that shit to try to sell you a service, I can only imagine how unprofessional their service actually is.

NESCOR replaced 5 windows and a sliding door. Extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship. Customer service kept us in the loop with the timeline and scheduling of work. One small problem was resolved quickly. Definitely use this company, you won't be disappointed.

Estimate and installation crew were awesome. Financing dept is another thing. I have been ignored for 2 weeks, not 1 message I have left has been returned. Trying to get a rebate check to no avail. Still have more windows to be done and dont think I'll have them do them. Just bought the house last year and need work done on it for next winter. Thought I found a good company but not after the way I've been treated.
