Rick and the crew are top notch when you see the cars in the lot you will see why they are busy. I have an 07 explorer sport trac and I needed a timing chain the one that needed to be replaced required the engine to come out I thought this was going to be big bucks to my surprise it turned out very reasonable and they did a great job fixing it then about 10 days later had to have the front exhaust pipe and muffler fixed went back to Preferred and again the cost was very reasonable now my truck runs like new very happy about the work that was done and I'm sure you will be too. Excellent repair shop for all your needs. Thank you job well done

Great place to bring your car. They get it right the first time. very fair prices, and very trustworthy. Also very busy, they are usually booked up about 1 to 2 weeks ahead. So call for an appointment to make sure your car is repaired asap. I have owned my auto repair shop for about 3 decades, I'm out of the game now, but this is the only place I will take my cars. to.

Rick is the awsome. Real humble guy won't di** you around tell you need spark plugs starter, and a new engine when all it was a loose/leaking gasket or something. The whole team is great always willing to help and make right if they mess something up. I got a flat tire on on the way back home from the shop one day and made it into the driveway but could not get the thing off for the life of me because it had never been removed. I called the shop and Rick sent Justin one of the workers there to give me a hand he came with all the necessary tools to remove it and we got it off in no time now that's next level service absolutely recommend. Fair pricing with good service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Complete waste of time! Owner is full of attitude and unhelpful! Never going there again!
When we made the appointment weeks ago we mentioned that this is an electrical issue, if you dont want to fix the car, just say so..
Also brought my car to firestone after, they were so nice, they fixed my car and it turns out it was a fuse box issue not even electrical cause they took the time to actually look at my car not make judgements beforehand..

Rick and his staff have always performed quality work on my vehicle for about 8 years now. They go above and beyond fixing every problem I've ever had with my vehicle. I even had bumper and headlight damage and they fixed both so well,I can barely see where the damage was! They could have told me to go to a body shop but instead they fixed both issues perfectly.I always know I'm getting a great deal at Preferred Auto. I was referred to this garage by my co-workers, and other people that highly recommend it. Making an appointment was easy. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. I was really stressed because money is tight, and I needed brakes. I was so happy that my car was fixed , and the price was affordable. I'll consider them "my garage" from now on. You can trust this place. They value their customers. They appreciate you, and don't treat you like a number.
