Used to enjoy shopping jewelery but now I come in and the jewlers are cherry picking merchandise for men who stand around the counter all day it doesnt even mak it in the case. They also cut passed me and grabbed what they wanted off the display tray without having to wait in any kind of order when I was there before them. They are on a first name basis with the jewlery testers its seems shady and unprofessional to say the least.

Honestly I want to give this place more stars. I found some amazing pants. But I am aghast at the racket they're running: you can't try anything on...but you can't get your money back if it doesn't fit!?!!? Sure you can get store credit. To get more stuff that might not fit. So they get your money no matter if you get anything of value for it. And you have to keep driving back to do the exchanges. What a scam!

The prices make TJ MAX look like a thrift outlet... They want 7 dollars for pre read hardcover books,? That's absolutely insane books should be a dollar they're free at libraries. Those prices are more expensive than eBay . I use to love going here now I'm sick to my stomach, I won't be coming back the employees act as if they're being forced to work and hate their lives. Not to mention the clothing rack in the chips section smelled like human pee and there are Absolutely NO dressing rooms and the isles are NOT wheelchair friendly.

Always find something good at a great price. Customer service is always perfect. Still hate that they don't have rooms to try things on but I can understand why

This place has become a complete abomination. It has gotten worse and worse over time and now it is just SHOCKINGLY bad. Apathetic employees, everything overpriced, toys piled and tossed all over the floor at all times, no returns, no dressing rooms, seemingly no thought put into pricing anything. I don't know who is running this place but wow have they lost the plot. I'd be shocked if this place is still open in a few years. Dirty, broken, used items priced higher than you can get them brand new in retail. We are talking charging money for empty beer bottles, already used melted candles, empty fruit and yogurt containers... they have to be doing it out of spite right? Or is everyone here just braindead or on crack? This place should be condemned.

I don’t like this store anymore in memorial drive, west Springfied. They are over priced. Today, I was buying over $100 stuffs and two of the clothes I liked the most were missing tags, a lady employee said that she na gonna sell them because they don’t have tag. I requested to check the price of the sale on their inventory, and she was like I can’t. What the hake is this? Come on, you guys are the second hand store & don’t act like the branded company. I like only Ryan out there but not sitti lady, this damn lady did the same with me last time also. Savers - I request you to at least sell things that satisfy your customers but not merely whatever you think is right. If I ever visit this store, I visit just for window shopping, but not for buying anything anymore.
