I had only went in for a color sample (it was 29.5 oz) so I am basing this review on that. I went on a Sunday, was greeted as I walked in. Andy helped me; I was prepared with SW color number and name. I told him what I needed and in few short minutes was given my paint. The store was clean,organized, and professional.
