Had a tech problem whereas my phone was not able to receive incoming calls. The person that tried to help couldn't figure out what was causing it. He got everyone working involved to try to resolve the problem! They spent alot of time trying to resolve and came to the conclusion I needed to get a professional tech involved. They said call 611 on my phone and although I had a wait time even though I had the option of a call back. I had to wait as my phone blocked the call from processing. Not one but several team members got involved and the problem was finally resolved.Exceptional dedication by all involved!My phone problem was resolved.Thanks to everyone from T-Mobile's multiple staffs members who got involved.

Went after my father passed away to gain ownership of our shared account. I went there just because customer service call told me to go in store to deal with this delicate issue. Flat out rejected me “we don’t deal with that here” even though customer service told me twice to go in store. Manager did not even care to show face. Bouncing me back and forth in this very difficult time with Complete lack of empathy and humanity in this faceless corp

I want to take the opportunity to acknowledge the excellent customer service that I received from Josh at the T-Mobile store in West Springfield yesterday. Josh was extremely competent regarding the services he was providing and he was very courteous in his delivery. I was thoroughly impressed with his level of professionalism and his ability to be personable.
