Pack 570 wants to thanks Mike for making posible our pack 570 cubscouts complete their Baloo the builder adventure. After selecting some materials. Mike gently offered to cut with a saw the wood , in order the cubs can have it simple to build some sailing ships. While doing his work Mike was very patient to explain some of the materials as well as safety measures a wood worker need to have in consideration. A big grand howl for Mike from Pack 570 Bear Scouts.

I have tried calling them 5 times this morning wasting over an hour total time and never getting the department that i wanted.The last call it was ringing for 13 min and then went click,click and when into a busy signal.very frustrating.When the receptionist originally answered this call,i even told her that i had been trying 4 times previously and that was the last i heard from any human....

I came into the store yesterday to bring in an item I ordered online as a Christmas gift. The box was mangled and I didn’t want to give it as a gift. I went to Customer service and they wanted to know why I was returning and they were very rude when I said I can’t give this destroyed box to someone as a gift. I asked if they had others in the store that I could go grab and just do an exchange, Carol checks and says “we might have a few over there.” I said where is over there

I went into the store today to purchase over$2500 worth of items for the purchase of my new home and as I was at the register ringing out my transaction I over heard the lady in the front tell the two woman that was working beside her make sure everything rings up you know how those niggas are I was so disgusted I told the cashier to stop what shes doing I don't want any of this stuff I could of caused a big scene in the store but I would never give someone of her caliber the

Horrible customer service. Asks for help with piece of lumber, waited 45 minutes for someone to come then proceed to tell us he needs to find someone with a life license to get the piece. I explained we needed someone with a life. Now we're waiting for someone who's busy. This huge place and has 5 available employees. Ridiculous

I walked in today and was greeted by Tim. I needed plastic to wrap suitcases in b/c I was transporting them to the airport in the back of a pickup truck. Tim found me three large bags in the garden section and all I had to do was buy a roll of duct tape! Thanks to Tim our luggage will arrive dry in Amsterdam!

So i bought 3 appliances from Home Depot wspfld. I take off from work so that I can be there for delivery. Then it begins, I get a phone call stating the driver called in sick and apparently there are no other drivers available in this co. So I have to resched. Sat #2 I take off work (mind you I dont get paid for taking time off). I get a call that whoever loaded the truck didnt read the numbers correctly so my order did not make it on the truck and I need to resched for a 3
