My experience at this post office has been very pleasant, the wait is never long, and the staff are friendly and nice especially the young lady Iris, she is kind and gentle with a sweet smile that left me smiling aswell. Two thumps up for her and the world needs more people like her, God Bless her and this Post Office

Not crowded plenty of parking and was waiting on immediately and out in a few minutes with friendly service.

I think the local West Springfield post office goes a great job. The employees go out of their way to be helpful and are super nice.They location can be busy at times and the people working there keep things moving and remain calm and helpful.I know people in our town appreciate their service.
