The bank is fine. Everyone is friendly when I go to individual branches but the app is complete trash! Apparently when you make an instant transfer from your savings to your checking it’s not actually instant. So if you make a transfer and your available balance reflects that immediately it’s actually not your balance and the transfer takes hours to go through, therefore if you make a purchase (even though it says your available balance has the funds) you end up getting a $30 overdraft fee because the app just isn’t accurate for some reason

I was there to ask a simple question and provided my ID first thing , instead of hearing me out the lady suspiciously asked who does the account belong to etc.. instead if she had listened she would’ve known it’s MY ACCOUNT AND MY MONEY. I hope she improves . Training can help.

The wait time in the drive thru is crazy !!!! Its the worst location .
