Best barbershop in Massachusetts also the best customer service and prices on haircuts. Very good people over there i highly recommend them. Every barber that’s There is amazing at haircuts. They offer so many different option haircuts and hair products. They’re very good with kids and toddlers. Ive been coming here for over 10 years.

I took both my boys for their first cuts. The young man who took them was ( I believe the son of the owner ) was amazing. Highly recommend

Horrible horrible place , trash everywhere no space to sit and you get ignored the whole time ! There is no good service they skip people who showed up before most ! Do not go there you won’t get a haircut

I had a very unsatisfactory visit to West Side Cuts and feel compelled to share my experience. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a lack of variety in the hairstyles among the customers present, which seemed odd. Every customer, myself included ( after getting the cut) seemed to end up with the same haircut: it looked like as if a bowl had been placed on their heads and sides were simply razored off. It appeared as though everyone had nearly the same, very basic haircut, reminiscent of a simplistic bowl cut with razor-trimmed sides.
Unfortunately, my experience did not deviate from this observation. Despite explaining the specific style I was hoping for, the barber seemed to default to the one basic cut they were comfortable with. It was clear to me that there's a significant gap in understanding or willingness to adapt to different haircuts or styles at this shop.
Regrettably, the visit did not meet my expectations at all, and I left feeling extremely disappointed. I won’t be returning and would advise others to consider different options if they are looking for a tailored haircut.

Best barbershop in town . You get treat it like family. The best barbers in town. Every time I come here I get treated like a king. The guys are very polite and respectful.
