Every time I walk in the store located in West Springfield. The Manager is Rude with a bad attitude and condescending. And the young black kid has a Bad attitude too. Watching every step I take. Once I paid for my things I decided to look at some shoes for work. He literally came up and grab my bag out of my hands . Acting like I was going to steal something. When I just finished paying for the things I just bought from their store. I decided not buy anything else. And I NOTICED ITS ONLY THE MINORITIES!! what’s even sadder that their minorities too. Now the Manager is training, a Hispanic girl. She Super rude too. The Manager has no people skills. And needs to be fired. I work in one of the hospitals in Springfield I’m telling all the employees not to go to Working gear in West Springfield.

This is my first Google review ever I’ve never really cared to do one but I’m happy to start with here. Big appreciation to Destiny and Dolores, they were such a help and very patient with me as I was so nervous and worried about having scrubs to start next week because I decided to go last minute. They helped me find backups while I get mines ordered and embroidered to get shipped in which will take a week or so. I got to walk out of there with a set to start. Again thank you ladies oh so much. God bless !!

If you work for Baystate Medical Center I’d recommend going to scrub wear house. The guy these acts like you’re going to steal as well, but nothing compared to the tall black woman with the short hair that I believe is the manager that works here. I walked in to return scrubs that were too small with it in the bag, while walking to the cashier line I looked at a pair of scrubs in the front and immediately she’s comes over and says “I can take your bag and hold it in the front” as if I’m going to steal something. She’s very condescending and believes everyone that comes in is going to steal. I would recommend going to scrub wear house in Holyoke they have a bigger better selection as well. The scrubs at this location suck.
