“Exploring the Granary Gallery was an absolute delight. The gallery proudly presents an impressive lineup of exceptionally talented local artists, including renowned figures like Alison Shaw in photography and a collection of works by Thomas Hart Benton. The location of the gallery is remarkable as it showcases both indoor and outdoor sculptures and paintings. Don Wilks' Menorah sculpture caught my eye and left me captivated. Furthermore, the staff were welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic about discussing the art on display and the artists they represent. I highly recommend visiting this place to experience the exquisite art and warm hospitality for yourself.”

“I have shopped here for years. I have no idea why I have never written a Yelp review of this shop. We have many mementos from this shop, dating back more than a decade. O this visit, we went in just to browse with little intent to buy. But we found a perfect memento of this trip, something we actually needed, a new wall clock for my husband's study. It has a topographic map of Woods Hole as the background clock face and has a frame of copper. It was not terribly expensive but is a novelty for our home and seems to be working well. The staff was incredibly informative about current goods from an artist we have bought in the past. There was some very pretty natural themed jewelry that in the past I probably would have purchased but probably do not have a real need now. I did pick up some note cards by a local artist as those are always useful. When we return to Woods Hole in the future we will undoubtedly return to this shop. We always do.”

“Featherstone is truly a magical place for art lovers on Martha’s Vineyard. I recently stopped in there with my brother that was visiting from the Dominican Republic and it was just the perfect snowy and sunny day, so the light was extra beautiful in the gallery where we enjoyed seeing one of the exhibitions that had over 75 artists represented!I also love that this community organization is always developing new events and classes to keep the island community invested in the arts year-round!”

“Well on the island sightseeing my friend and I happened upon this beautiful gallery. It is full of amazing artwork from glass pieces to oils, acrylics watercolors!We met Louisa and was very nice and told us a bit about her gallery. She has been in business 20 years! Wish we had more time to spend at her place but we were on the island for just a short time! We will be back!”
