We have a small one floor house. Our electric bill was ridiculously high. Our house gets BLASTED by the sun but we were so hesitant to go solar due to all the negative and confusing info we received from other customers and businesses. Then we met our Trinity rep David Vo. This man will not stop until you are totally happy, satisfied and have a total understanding about your system. If every account I had in life had a rep like David Vo…what an easy world it would be.
If you’re thinking about going solar, look into Trinity. Zero regrets.

We can't say enough about Trinity Solar. We first met with John and he was clear and thorough in explaining how the Solar Energy program worked. He also made it clear that they would not do the job if it didn't benefit us financially. Everyone showed up to do the job when they said they would and finished it in a timely manner. John also came by to check on the job that was being done. The Trinity people called to check in a few times just to see if we had any questions. All in all, I would recommend Trinity Solar to anyone considering Solar Energy!

This company was really good to work with. Right from the advertisement at the door to complete roof and 3 strings of solar. The district manager for the Bellingham area "Vincent Brown" was very intelligent and knew how to work with numbers. He was a delight to work with throughout the entire process. I even had a couple special requests because I want to do an addition on my roof and he moved the plans around to fit our needs. When it came to instalation, Nate and his crew were amazing. Chris, the manager of the roofing was very intelligent and helped the team work together, looking over other conversation and correcting when needed. They were all having fun and joking with each other. Which is the way you want people to be working, you want them to be happy. Now just waiting on the electric company and some other things to get my solar running. But I can't wait to be getting energy from the sun. If you want to go with solar, this is a great company. They are able to fit my needs and they care about what you want.

We went with Trinity due to their rep for customer service and they did not disappoint. When there were a couple issues they were immediately responsive, didn’t fight us on the fixes, and made sure they got it right. Our rep Felix was great. Looking forward to getting the system turned on!

This was my 2nd contract with Trinity Solar after adding an inground heated pool and electric vehicle. Plan was to install added panels to the garage to compensate for the uptick in needed production.First go around was below average. Gentlemen I dealt with named Derek left the company days after my contract was completed. He didn’t return calls when I had questions. It was borderline unacceptable.Step in Greyson for the 2nd go around. Like night and day. He was professional, funny, and made the process seamless. The communication is what I appreciated the most. I feel like I can pick up the phone call/text and he will get back to me always. That’s a very good feeling, especially in the solar industry. He engineered a much more efficient/economic system for the panels above the garage.To me, solar is all about the establishing good relationships with clear communication. So I would strongly recommend Greyson for possible your solar needs.

I had a great experience with Trinity all the way through. Our rep, Patrick Kearns, couldn’t have been more helpful during the process of explaining how everything worked, helping us through the stages as the system got installed and being a resource for us during the time to get up and running. In addition, we referred a relative who had a system installed (earning us $1000), and Patrick was still there, following up for us on the progress of our reward). The crew that installed the system did a first rate job and when the building inspector came to inspect the job, he recognized their work and mentioned how he never had any issues with their work. Our system was up and running in January. It took a couple months to pay off the running balance with the electric company and from March through the summer we had a growing credit balance with the electric company. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
