This place has incredible potential. Staff had a difficult time answering any questions. Rooms are incredibly cold. Dishes, but no sponge? Glassware broke while washing, causing me to cut my hand on the way out. This place needs major work, but could be the best place in town with just minor TLC. Fix the easy things and this place could be amazing.

Fun February get away. The indoor pool and racquet sports center were a big hit with my family. Lots of great places to eat nearby, shopping, and it's easy to get to other towns on the Cape.

Very nice self contained resort in the middle of the Cape, easily accessible to quaint towns of Hyannis, Yarmouth, and not to far to travel for day trips to Provincetown or Chatham. It's a very nice home base for Cape day trips but also offers lots of sporting and crafting activities right on the property.

Stayed here for a it wasn't the greatest experience. Not because the rooms or food were bad, it's because of the wifi. I was told I would be able to "connect automatically" to the wifi, but nope. It did not let me. Meaning I couldn't get important work done, which was a huge issue. I recommend this place for kids due to the amount of things to do and the rooms. But for wifi or service, nope.Nearby activities: There is a pool, tennis court, fitness center, ETC all in close proximity.

It is a very nice place even in the winter only had One bad experience with a hair dryer Catching Fire, but they fixed it right away. They have live bands and outdoor pools in indoorRooms: The townhouses are nice with an upstairs and downstairs.Nearby activities: There are lots of places to visit if you like beaches. And there's a mall close by

I really enjoyed staying here! Our loft was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and silverware. Small fridge and microwave if you need to bring anything back from restaurants. Two full bathrooms, one bedroom in the loft and couch pulled out to a bed. Since we went off season, a ton of places were closed for the season . The sportcenter in the community is great for all ages, they had so much to offer. Pickle ball court, tennis, arcade, art center etc… great for the little ones! The location is fabulous, close to shopping, restaurants, mini golfing, museums, entertainment centers and right off the highway! The only real downfall is there are no elevators!!! So staying on the 2nd floor and lugging up the luggage is a PITA!!Nearby activities: Mini golfing, museums, shopping, restaurantsSafety: Wrist bans are worn to gain access to rooms and buildings.Walkability: You can walk anywhere in the community or anywhere outside the communityNoteworthy details: No elevatorsGreat place for kids, but go in seasonRooms are spacious and clean.Fabulous locationPlenty of parkingEasy checking in, make sure you have your license plate number and your license.

I come here every year. Wonderful large lap pool. I love the well equipped units. There is so much to do in the area. I hated to leave earlier this but I will be back next year!

Very clean, many amenities the Hot Tub is kept at 104 degrees and very clean. The indoor pool also clean and around 86 degrees. The restaurant has very good food and live bands with a good size dance floor. Fitness center and locker rooms with steam and dry sauna rooms are nice also.

Cozy, clean and helpful. Live music several nights a week. Good info to help us on trips outside the area. Keurig’s in all rooms made me happy. We had a loft, so it was nice to have my own mom bathroom downstairs.Rooms: Rooms were just right.Nearby activities: In the middle of the action for Cape Cod activities.

The resort as a whole is nice, but there are no elevators, and there were 16 stairs in our unit up to the bedroom. We are in our 70s, and dragging luggage up to the 2nd floor, then up to the bedroom was difficult and frustrating.Rooms: 16 stairs up to the bedroom. Only a queen size bed.Nearby activities: There are museums and water sports and activities nearby.Safety: I find Cape Cod as a whole to be safe.Food & drinks: 2 restaurants on site. Only had the chance to eat at the outside pub as the formal restaurant had limited hours.

We traded in our timeshare to stay here for a wedding. The townhome we stayed in was perfect for us and our 18mo old. Overall very clean with nice pools, grounds and gym amenities. Only note: Internet could use a boost as I struggled to get a good signal in the upper bedroom.

I booked what is basically a small condo- a kitchen/living room space with a bedroom for four of us.
GOOD
Two full bathrooms
Time share- but no one harassed us to buy
Spacious rooms
Patio***
BAD
Hairs all around the bottom of one of the tubs-gross
Smell of cigarettes & chlorine
Inconsistent air conditioner
***The worst part of this place
Silly me, I assumed there would be windows looking out to the outside. Like even if they overlooked the parking lot or a dumpster. Nope.
The condo rooms are interior, like most hotels, so no windows on the front side. But the “windows” on the backside of the condo face the indoor pool complex. It’s basically like interior rooms on a cruise ship.
It wouldn’t be so bad if we could access the pool from here, but the patios overlook a giant slated fence- on the other side of which is a hot tub to the right, and a big shed on the left, so can’t even see the pool. But we can smell it!!!
I’m shocked that’s it’s even legal in Massachusetts to rent rooms that don’t have exterior access, or at least you’d think they’d be required to disclose that when you book.

This resort is outdated. There was black mold around the vents and in the ceiling of the shower. The unit smelled and we tried to leave the windows open as much as possible. It was also noisy because it faced the parking lot and pool area.
