I went in today and bought a propel water for 2.79. Cashier was counting bills (not in the cash register) and didn’t say a word when I went up to pay. She was talking on the phone with someone and neglected to give me any time of day. When I payed, I didn’t notice, but she actually short changed me $2! She’s likely keeping the small amounts of cash taken from people. This is very bad! Don’t shop here if you value your hard earned dollars

very rude and disrespectful woman, mad because she posted a sign that said he back at 12:15 and it was 12:25 so we knocked on the door she came out and said “don’t be looking in and banging, I’ll get there when I get there” very disgusting and disrespectful woman.

Was just here at 3:12am to get gas—my card got stuck in the self pay pump and the female employee there could not have been any more rude to me when I went inside to ask for help.
She felt like I had interrupted her while she’s watching videos on her phone. When I went back inside I got an even worse attitude as she cut me off and went back to her video.
I finally got my card back—drove across the street to get gas elsewhere.
I don’t why I deserved that but I hope this place can hire less angry employees that won’t treat you like you inconvenienced them by trying to give them business.

Arizona Iced Tea is supposed to be 99¢ not nearly twice that. Feels like a greedy price increase. Makes me wonder if other stuff in the store is marked up way above suggested retail price.

Cashier does not put items in the bag and you have to put items infront of her to scan the items you buy very poor performance and hate to see her working for shaws or stop&shop

I frequent this store 4-5 days an week. Today, I went in and there were 4 employees there. 2 behind the counter (one white female and one black female) and 2 in the office 3 feet away with the door open and not one person was wearing a mask. I politely asked the one helping me if she could please put a mask on. She had to leave the counter and go get it. I then heard the black woman say "jesus christ" I explained to her that this was a mandate and as an employee of a business she should be wearing one. She then told me to "mind my business" and starting arguing and getting confrontational with me. I got the managers attention and asked him why none of his employees were wearing masks, including himself and why he was allowing an employee to yell at a customer. He came out and explained that she was getting off work from the night shift and was just counting her money. I told him then she should not be at the front counter...she then became more confrontational and said "you're wearing a mask. I dont need to". I am a front line worker. I have watched dozens die from this virus. I would never say anything to a customer anywhere...that's not my business. But as a customer of a business, I should know that the business is following the health guidelines with their employees to protect their customers. Especially when they have a sign on the door. I wear an n95 and a surgical mask every day for 10 hours. I know it's not comfortable. And I understand people need a break however they should take that break away from customers. There were also 5 other customers in the store who were all masked. I have filed a a business complaint with the state and have also contacted alltown corporate office.

June 12th , 2019. It says store will reopen at 12:15 am. I'm here at 12:38 waiting at the door. Zero reaction from the two workers inside. I knock and nothing happens. Lady inside refuses to even look. She is checking her Instagram or Facebook who knows. I've waited for fifteen or so minutes, than she opened the door. In a very mean way. I prepaid my gas with cash and left. I just don't know why being a customer has to be so hard. Never again!
