I wanted my mom to have furniture that didn’t come in a box. I’m so happy when we found 4 pieces for her at such a great price. The employees were great to, and made us feel special. They didn’t hover the whole time which I loved cuz when I did have a question they were right then like magic.

Lots of great options in the Westborough showroom. Delivery was timely and they were super communicative. We had a Christmas Eve delivery and they beat their projected delivery time by two hours! Would definitely recommend.

Bought a floor model and sold a protection plan six months later a 1200 dollar chair is falling apart and Ashley is refusing me my protection plan due to being a floor model even though I bought a protection plan beware of this company the company sold me a luxury chair under false pretense I feel the company thinks customers will not stand up for there rights as a customer i will never buy there furniture again

Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. My boyfriend and I were searching for a rocking chair as we’re expecting in February. We went to three other stores prior to Ashley and the customer service and selection weren’t great. We walked into Ashley and were greeted but given space to shop. We found exactly what we were looking for and didn’t once feel pressured to buy. Our sales associate was fantastic and knew exactly what she was doing. We’re so thankful and will be shopping with Ashley again in the future!
