I bought $3,000. Of bedroom furniture. It arrived scraped, scratched and dented. I immediately called the store, the person who sold me the set could not help me. She gave me a phone number that I immediately called and the office was closed. I called the store back and the person I spoke with stated that helping me was not in their "skillset". I am not sure how customer service is not their "skillset". Beware, if you buy something from this store once they have your money, they are done with you.

The worst in quality, service and value. Made a mistake once, never again. We had purchased a set from the Westboro MA store and they were installed unevenly. It became impossible to get them to come back but eventually when tey did they said there is nothing they could do and they left. No refunds, no take back, no fixing. Bad bad company

The selections are huge much better than any of the other local furniture stores. The salespeople were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I won't shop anywhere else in the future.

Our Salesperson, Dianna, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. No pressure whatsoever. It was a pleasure to do business with her at Bernie & Phyl’s. We will be back to buy more furniture later this year.

My dad wanted to get a new leather lounger chair. We looked online, we saw one that he liked so we went to the store to see it in person. It was very comfortable. We ended up buying it and the sales person, Danielle, that helped us was very friendly and efficient. We also appreciated that there were wheelchairs and scooters available so that we could push our parents around the store. They are elderly and get tired easily so having those available was much appreciated. Great experience!

Quick and friendly service as I went in knowing which set I wanted. Also, I received a small discount for spending over a certain amount. The only downside is, I was not thrilled with the “over the threshold” charge. There goes my discount savings! However, my sales person Paul was amazing and his team was also friendly and helpful. I’ll be back for some end tables soon.

Bernie & Phyl's furniture is a great furniture store. You can't bet the prices and the quality of the furniture is very good. I have bought furniture from them for years. This last time was no different then 5 years ago. No pressure shopping and when I was ready to purchase it was easy and delivery was quick and on time. I am enjoying my purchase and look forward to my next.

My experience as usual was great. I love my salesman, he has a great personality and makes his customers feel welcome. My salesman is Bill and I have made 4 different purchases with him. Your store in Westboro is awesome, very appealing.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping at Bernie & Phyl's in Westboro MA on tax free weekend. There were plenty of sales people on the floor ready to help and assist. They had beautiful quality furniture and I would definitely recommend.

The store is laid out efficiently in that you can see how your room may look and try the furniture out before buying. Bill was very helpful in the sales process. He allowed us to know he was there to assist and allowed space for us to browse and then was on hand to complete the sales process. Friendly and professional which led to a positive shopping experience.

We had a great experience at this furniture store! We were looking for a couch and had so many to choose from! Their have every price point so there is something for everyone’s budget! We also found a dual recliner at a great price! We took advantage of tax free weekend and feel that we got so much! We’re extremely happy!

My experience was great. Was looking for a mattress and the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I gave him my price range and he showed me the options without pushing me towards the more expensive ones. I left happy with my new mattress getting delivered next week.

Danielle helped us today 6/9/23, she was super helpful and patient. She answered all of our questions, and showed us a bunch of options. Including the discount section, we went in only planning to get a sectional and we happily walked out with a sectional, ascent chair and a discounted dinning table that we loves. She was not pushy at all, super patient and very pleasant!

My mother is getting surgery (broken shoulder), and we really needed to get a recliner that would help her post-op. Bernie and Phyl's had by far the nicest and largest selection, and we were able to get the absolute perfect chair (with delivery and setup within about a day). This takes a ton of weight off our shoulders during this tough time. Thank you, Danielle for your incredible service as well as your patience!!
