What a mess ....corrupted , going against their own policy , I bought TV with 4 years warranty , they send by mistake damaged TV with the sticker that the TV is send back by client and need to be fixed ,Instead send to the repair they put it back on shelf and sale as new one but forgot to remove the sticker for repair what was placed directly on the screen damaging the screen on top of the software not working . Called Bj's talked to David he refused respect BJ's own guaranty , he admitted that they make mistake by sending the damaged TV but they will not replace this TV for working one ...that is illegal also very ignorant to the clients who are punished by the store for their unprofessional workers, they give you guaranty what they will not respect.....now Samsung send me to BJ's because they are the one sending broken TV instead of new one , Bj's sending me to Samsung

They treat the truck drivers like dirt at the Uxbridge warehouse.They take so long to unload you that you’ll run out of service hours and then wake you up in the middle of the night to kick you out of their yard knowing full well that the parking in the exit is full!!!Evil Company with NO RESPECT for the hard working men and women that fill their warehouse.You should be exposed for how you treat drivers.I will do all I can to make things change.

BJ’s Watchung . Store manager Jonathan Rivera went the extra mile to help my battery deposit back without any hassles . First I bought a replacement battery for my car and was charged extra $20 for the deposit and will be reimbursed if I give the old car battery. When I came back to the store I was instructed by bjs tires to bring it to customer service in the store. At first Sandra told me that she can’t do it because the receipt will show the next day and I might have to come back. But she said hold on and asked his manager Jonathan Rivera. Jonathan went out of his way to go to tires and try to get a copy of the receipt in spite of the busywork at customer service. Thank you Jonathan and Sandra for helping me out.

Had a safe delivered by their vendor CEVA who scratched my wood floor. BJs has not responded to my multiple requests to address this issue over the last three months. CEVA will not resolve the issue until BJs sends them the report. Never buying from BJs again.

If I could give a super negative review I would. At end of Nov. 2023, my husband and I purchased 4 tires from the tire center, during a installation free deal, in the Salem, NH center and scheduled a date for mid-December for the tires to be installed. Day before the service date, I get a call saying that they had to cancel because there was no one scheduled the next day to install my tires. I was told on my voicemail that I could either reschedule an appointment for another day or come to pick up my tires/transfer to another location.1st inconvenience.I call the Haverhill, MA location to reschedule a closer date so as to get the tires on before the first snow came. The new appointment was set for Jan. 2. I call the Salem, NH place to transfer my tires to the Haverhill, MA location, and was assured that all four of my tires would be there for me. I kid you not, 30 minutes before my next appointment, I received a call from a kind gentleman informing me that my tires were no where to be found. I was cancelled on a second time. This means I am out $643 and still no tires for the incoming weather. I call customer service just to be told to give them 3-6 business days to locate my tires and for them to set up a new appointment for me to get the tires—I’m also reassured that they will keep the special that I purchased the tires with. 4 days roll by and not a peep from anyone, so I call to see what their solution is. I’m told they still cannot locate my tires. They ask for an additional 48 hours and will contact me via email. I give them 24 hours and call again. They cannot locate my tires and THEN I’m told that in the notes they have, someone documented that my tires were installed on 12/16/2023. I personally felt that I’d been extremely patient up to this point, but to be told that I had already received the tires was just…I proceeded to calmly tell the gentleman that I had NOT received my tires and wouldn’t be on the phone with customer service this many times if I had. He told me that if he could have another 3-6 business days to come up with a solution, he’d get back to me as soon as possible. He was going to escalate the problem to management and see what he could come up with. I immediately asked for my money back. We are STILL waiting for our refund and on top of it all, it was $10 short of the total we originally paid for. This past weekend (01/13/2024) my husband and I blew out not one, but TWO tires. Tires that we had needed to replace way back in December. All this time we had been waiting, my car was in desperate need of new tires. We were left in the lurch all because this business was so incompetent and completely unprofessional. This incompetence was so bad, that we will no longer be shopping at this business. If you need tires, do NOT buy from this company.

Their gas pump continued to poor gas after removing the hose from my vehicle ruining my clothes. I needed to call the police to have the pump put out of service. Safety Hazard. !!!They have not reimbursed me for damaged clothing and I am taking them to small claims court.

Gas station in Tom’s River NJ is a joke. Attendants working are the slowest humansI have ever seen. It should not take almost 15 minutes to pump gas in 1 car. I’m done with it and I’m sure lots of other people feel the same way

Unprofessional, invisible customer service they use AI as outdated. They don’t get back to you by email. No wonder it’s the bottom basement of big box stores you get what you pay for not gonna renew they suck at customer service take the money and run

Charging of the wrong payment type too poor member service-abundance of calls from BJ's customer service/BJ's Club (medford store) too DoorDash telling me (supervisors) 'not' able to correct their (BJ's) error. After being on-hold for long periods of time to being hung up on a number of times from 1st points-of-contact too supervisors this is why BJ's wholesale club as a brand has declined in their rating and member services; they clearly don't take the feedback from it's member serious and don't hold their staff accountable.Current members to potential 'choose' another competitor!!!

I came in to pick up some odds and ends with my daughter Kenya on 11/11/23 we spoke to a young man at customer service we explained to him that their was an issue with our member ship he explained that it was a issue that maybe they renewed one family member but not the other he said contact corporate on Monday but we find to use for the day went to check out short white older women with glasses and grey hair didn’t take his word instead she called this woman Lisa who Created a scene with my daughter about the membership amongst other things Lisa needs to be retrained on customer service she was rude nasty she tried to embarrass us by yelling you didn’t renew my daughter was yelling mind you we had family issue during this time and this experience only made it worse! I filed a claim with the bbb I will be contacting corporate I’m spending money and I believe this was ridiculous WERE WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Retrain management
